We had received a text from our tour operator saying that reception was open between 10am-2pm and then again from 4pm-6pm and how to receive our keys but to our surprise there was a lovely lady there waiting for us who got us checked in. We were in 1E, you open a locked gate to enter your "block" and then to your apartment, opening the gate you get a beautiful sneak peek of the beach, but then opening the door to our apartment I just said "wow" absolutely not what I was expecting.
The balcony was the stand out draw to this complex for us, it's huge with 2 sunbeds and a patio table and chairs and amazing views of the sea. It's very private with only the last foot or so being overlooked by the balcony above, it's an absolute sun trap however the roof helps keep the window and patio doors in some shade. The rooms do get hot, we got a fan from reception so between that and the sea breeze it was just about tolerable in the evening. The apartment itself is decently appointed (we’ve never travelled SC before so don’t have anything to compare it to), little 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle and even a coffee maker. Bathroom is a shower, no bath, bit awkward to get in the shower you had to climb round the toilet to get in. Bedroom had ample amounts of storage, 2 double size wardrobes, one with a handful of coat hangers and the other with shelves. 2 single beds, but could be pushed together (wish we’d have took a fitted sheet to prevent the gap) The sofa bed was already made up for our son and was quite comfy.
Any "negatives" that I mention are purely niggles, but to some can be a deal breaker so worth mentioning. Steps, there are a lot of them, if you're coming up from the prom/beach then you've got a lot of stairs and then stairs down to your apartment. It certainly kept me from putting on the holiday weight, but it could be difficult if you have mobility problems. There is some noise from a nearby nightclub, you can't hear the music but just the constant boom from the bass, they're open till 3am. There are some restaurants and bars in the local area but depending on what you’re after then you may find that you’re having to have a walk into Los Cristianos itself (6-7mins stroll) for more variety, certainly for breakfast. There is a Spar and a pharmacy across the road, and a large Mercadona up the road (about 4 Euro in a taxi). There is a taxi stop right outside, taxis are quite reasonable starting price is 3.15, we got on to near Veronicas and it was 7.50e, or 4.50e to The Patch.

Stayed for three weeks and absolutely loved every minute. Spotlessly clean and almost everything we needed (oven would handy for long stay) central to everything but still quiet at night we left doors and windows open so we could hear the sea all night. Reception staff very helpful with everything. The balcony is the highlight spent several evenings with a bottle of wine and nibbles taking in the view. Hope to persuade my Wife to come again.

Excellent location, brilliant views and plenty of local facilities. If you don't like steps avoid level 1 as we had 35 steps to negotiate, however I have returned home much fitter than I was when I arrived!
The apartments are serviced every other day and the reception staff are brilliant. We met other guests who returned to this complex yearly and I understand why.
As mentioned by other reviewers they really do need air conditioning. We hired a fan and just about managed to survive the heat wave during our stay. The bedroom window opens and steel bars offer security during the night, some guests slept on the balcony!
I already miss the sound of the waves crashing onto the beach. There were no English T.V. channels worth watching which was not a problem for us. Also, I wish I had known, there is a hairdryer on the bathroom wall.

Reception is only open a few hours so if you are arriving early or late make sure your travel provider has given you the code to open the lock box next to reception. We weren't aware of this and so the bar owner next door had to help out. Turns out TUI had sent a message on their app but we didn't really use the app so not sure how we would have known otherwise.
We had a room on the bottom floor right next to the beach. It was 50 steps down to get to it. No lifts so anyone with mobility issues beware. Great view though.
The rooms are a good size but very dated. The furniture is worn, scratched and needs replacing. The cushions on the sun loungers were filthy and we didn't go near them. The floor on the patio needs replacing as the grouting is breaking up and can scratch your feet. The room does have a little kitchen area with a fridge which was useful.
It is a bit noisy at night at the weekend as some of the local bars and clubs turn it up and being right next to the promenade means people walking past all the time. With no air con you need the windows open so light sleepers may struggle.
TBH this was the cheapest place available by TUI so wasn't expecting greatness. It does need a refurb to bring it up to scratch but not all bad. The lady on reception was excellent and let us keep our room late on check out today without extra cost.
The 50 steps back up carrying suitcase though aren't much fun!

Incredibly clean and nice. The mattresses appear brand new. Plenty of hot water for showering. No traffic noise, or noise from clubs or parties, only the waves breaking on the beach. It's not air-conditioned, but it worked just fine. There are bars over the windows, so these were open at night. The balcony is large with a table, chairs and sunbeds. I am terrified of bed bugs and searched the apartment without finding any. Highly recommend the place

Fabulous apartment, so close to everything you need and the sea views are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms and furnishings are kept spotless. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, we were even able to keep our apartment till our pick up time of 18:30. Will definitely return.

The positives :-
Good location, decent bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.
We had top floor 4B apartment so had the benefit of the breeze flowing through as there is no a/c or fans.
Spotlessly cleaned every day.
Helpful reception staff.
The negative :-
There’s a bar on the floor below under the window which has to remain open (see above). The noise and “music” associated continue till 1 am or later. Be prepared to join the punters or become a night owl.

These apartments are basic but very clean and a view you would never get sick of. The staff very polite and helpful, jesabelle was very helpful in getting us a room with no steps, she made our holiday so much better and the maintenance man Jonathan was very quick in coming to the apartment if anything needing fixed. Lovely apartments, lovely friendly staff and a brilliant view and listening to the waves all day was very calming, will be definitely booking for next year

Doesn't come any better for value and location. We hired a lower level apartment which had a very large balcony right on the beach, with fantastic views. Large airy apartment with all the amenities needed for a holiday stay. Quiet location but right on the doorstep of all you would want.

Just returned from 2 weeks and can honestly say from start to finish this place has been amazing. From contacting them by email before we came to staying the staff could not do enough. The cleaners were meticulous and were there every other day. Stunning location and would go back in a heartbeat.
