Should have read the review before arriving. Confirm other reviews. Dirty room and bathroom.Terrible sheets and pillow. No soap , no cleaning. Door lock to balcony broken. Nice helpful staff but even they could not find soap. Nice view of the river but better places riverside.seems only the odd tour group stays here. Very weird place with corridor bigger than... More

This hotel whilst budget doesn't do the basics right...like clean the rooms, provide soap, have clean sheets. Nice staff , shame about the hotel and it looks as though they rely on bus tours coming through for their turnover.

- Room was filthy - Aircon didn't work - None of the doors were sealed (especially the one leading to the balcony), meaning all types of critters could get in the room, namely mosquitoes. - surrounded by noisy construction - Noisy interior, Chinese tourist guests playing loud music at 5am I wish I could give this place 0 stars AVOID!

I stayed there during river festival 2016, Everything is good. The room is large & clean with nice view. Anyway there is no LED tv & no wifi access in the room. The location is in the river front & you could see the view of kizona bridge as well.

I am shocked to see this hotel being listed as a "3-star" on booking.com. This is either a 1-star or a no-star hotel! We stayed here for one night as part of a Cambodia package tour (so had no choice of changing the hotel and to separate from the group), as we had to stop for the night en route... More

Room was discusting, bathroom was not cleaned and beds were not sleepable. Loud street music all night. Insects everywhere. Service was horrific. WIFI did not work. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

The balcony door doesn't close properly so the bugs all get in. The sink was leaking so the bathroom floor was always flooded. The air conditioner was noisy and couldn't be turned off. There was no remote for the TV and no toilet paper. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed here for one night with a friend in January 2015, as we were travelling with a group, the hotel was already decided. The location was nice, and only a few minutes walk to the riverfront restaurants and bars. The hotel is quite large and the staff were pleasant, and assisted to carry our bags up the stairs, as... Far better than one in Siem Reap, this one in Kampong Cham does have hot water and the rooms are clean, the outside and the corridors not so much. It is very cheap and has beautiful views of the river if you stay in a room with a balcony. Always remind yourself that you are in Cambodia so you dont... More

the hotel feels like an institution, which is not surprising as it apparently was converted from a hospital. The rooms are basic, and the bathroom are tiny, where having a shower means that the toilet is also soaked. The air-conditioning was hit and miss, either freezing or not cold at all.
