Nice clean hotel in all areas. Lovely breakfast. Great cocktails around the pool and the staff are so friendly. Nice room overlooking the pool. Really good COVID-19 rules in place to ensure everyone is safe. Great location too and able to walk around nearby shops and restaurants

Excellent location, clean and well presented accommodation and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very, very impressed. Went with friends but also felt like a great place to take family - we had a double room plus a sofa bed which would have worked well for a family of four.

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, pool was a good set up, good value drinks from the bar, good location for shops food etc zero complaints. Reasonably close to taxi ranks but can order through hotel if preffered.

We were staying with four in apartment on third floor, we had a large terras for us with comfortable seats. Staff is helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice with good selection of fresh fruit.

What can I say - Excellent in every way. Very friendly and efficient staff - nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. The hotel was immaculate and very modern - we couldn’t fault it in any way. The positioning was perfect for all the clubs. Well done everyone. 10/10. We will return.

The first time I stayed at Ibiza Sun Apartments was in 2015, and we always go back there. Reasons being that the staff, the apartments, poolside and the entire experience is 100% amazing … we had lovely cocktails, amazing food, the best massages (highly recommended). The whole place is sleek, smart, clean and tidy and surprisingly quiet for when you need that ‘down time’ … and Daniel and Maria at front desk always went out of their way to make us feel more than welcome. It feels like it’s our Spanish family home. Thank you guys - we are already planning 2023 🙏🏽

Had a really disappointing end to what initially was a lovely holiday in a nice hotel. Upon checkout, reception informed us that they were going to be charging 60 euros from our room deposit for ‘marks on the wall’ that were already there! We tried to explain this to the manager and that we had not touched the walls, however he wasn’t listening and it felt like we were being laughed at by the staff. We also offered to clean them ourselves anyway to avoid the charge, but they refused. The manager then stated that the charge is because the staff took 2 hours to clean our room, but this didn’t make sense as they were blaming the makeup mark on the wall that was still there (but to be honest, I could still barely see it!!!) Their story kept changing and we could not win. Ended up having to pay 60 euros for what we feel was no reason at all. Seems they just pick on certain groups and find a way to get money out of people. Say the room did take 2 hours to clean, why isn’t there small print anywhere that says you will be charged if this is the case? Either way, there was nothing wrong with the room!!! Such a disappointing stay in what otherwise was a nice hotel. Definitely won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend unless you like being accused of something that wasn’t you, laughed at and made to pay for it.…

We like to know that we can enjoy a lovely vacation and we are very sorry for the inconvenience of the last day, but our establishment is characterized by a very high quality standard and a staff involved in keeping the facilities in perfect condition. In the internal regulations, which all clients receive upon arrival, it is advised that in case of misuse of the facilities, an extra charge may be charged for cleaning or demage. It’s not always easy for staff to meet maintenance requirements while respecting guest privacy.
