I am really speechless I don’t even know where To begin But all I can say don’t book holiday At this poor hotel , The customer service is shocking The stuff sloppy and ignorant But to be honest I wouldn’t even bother say anymore because the whole organisation don’t care As the reviews speaks for its self This is the last place I want to be if I come to Ibiza next time ,I am really angry as I’m writing this review I feel like I’ve been ripped off my holiday One thing I want to mention If you are all-inclusive don’t expect to get even a bottle of water if you want bottle of water you have to buy it from the vending machine All you get is a couple watcher from the tab

It was my biggest mistake booking This hotel All inclusive I should’ve looked in the TripAdvisor and read the reviews before booking it , This hotel has been advertised on their website as all-inclusive plus ,Generally I don’t know what that means plus !!?? ( you get treated like nothing ) We checked in and had 3 suitcases, a push chair 3 hand luggage’s And other pieces we were offered no help to our room. awful service Going to the restaurant bar the staff were grumpy, no smile, no welcoming feeling and felt like we shouldn’t be there. We paid our hotel price but felt unwanted there. Everything we ask for always felt was to much. Same with the pool bar just bad customer service we follow the rules wear our mask do as we told smile and try to be happy in this holiday and but staff make u feel not wanted: Website states all inclusive until midnight but we were told several times 11:30 pool bar clozes. So we are rushed to get drinks Awful experience won’t be bookin again

Currently here with my family my husband and 3yr old girl. And can honestly say shocking service. I’ve stayed in 3/4/5 star all inclusive hotels around the world and the basic essentials just water is not even provided for all inclusive customers. 11:30pm we are told bar will close no milk nothing can be got for my little girl. Staff are so unhelpful it’s the first shocking experience I had in 11 years of holidaying abroad all inclusive. I asked for a straw at the pool bar for my baby girl who’s 3 and they said no you can’t have one because it’s for the slush drink ( are you joking me ) Not only that I was told 2 drinks per customer I said we are a family of 3 my little girl cannot get her own drink. They said at the pool side no no hotel rule 2 drinks per customer even after I explained my daughter is 3 🤦🏽‍♀️😤. The worst service I ever experienced. Alberto and Lynda at reception in the day time were the most helpful kind and caring staff. Really smiley and want to help. Security in the hotel have been amazing both in. Playasol Jabeque dreams and Playasol the new algarb amazing security team thank you guys. More helpful than anyone else. I’ve stopped in many RIU hotels ( Spanish hotels ) and they were amazing 5 star service and always so helpful. We are all inclusive customers and have an empty fridge not even the basic water is given. Absolutely gutted and ruined our holiday. We are here at the Playasol new algarb for another 5/6 days and I can’t wait to leave 😫💔 Spain you let us down. Once again security team and Lynda and Alberto absolutely amazing

Having read that staff weren’t friendly and food wasn’t great I can say that wasn’t our experience. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, it was spacious and lovely environment. The pool area was right next to the beach so you could swim in the pool or the sea. We hired sun beds on beach one day for a change two with brolly 24 euros. Have to say this side of the island has a fab breeze which I loved. Food was good it lacked spice and seasoning but that’s personal choice I love spicy foods. Good choice, breakfast could have fresh pancakes, toasties and omelettes made to order. All usual breakfast favourites. Lunch and dinner had a selection of salads and grilled meat and fish as well as other dishes. Very limited options for my vegetarian friend though. Selection of deserts and fresh fruits. Nicely cooked and presented. Drink choices were good too as part of all inclusive. We had daily entertainment which was good, DJ in later afternoon by the pool which I loved. All in all I had a lovely week at this hotel. Oh and the bed was best ever and I stay in hotels constantly with my work. Big thanks to domestic team they did awesome job keeping hotel clean. One down side was the walls are quite thin and you can hear noisy neighbours, however our sleep wasn’t disturbed .

I don’t normally post but I thought it best to during these uncertain times. I’ve just returned from a 4 day break and this is my second visit to the hotel. With the exception of mask wearing and having to book our meal times I noticed no difference Infact I think it worked better during all inclusive meals as these buffet styles can usually be manic but it was so simple and much less stressful. The staff were so helpful, friendly and constantly cleaning. The maid came every day I didn’t get her name but we were in 656 and only left yesterday got to say I really enjoyed walking out the room to her saying hello in the morning, she was lovely. There is security on at all time’s and they were also great making sure people were safe by promoting masks (I did forget a few times) but they were nice about it no shouting at you which happens in other hotels. It’s sad to see the local area so quiet which it really is with less bars and supermarkets open but I hope it picks up soon. I’ll be booking again soon and would encourage others to as well. It felt safer than in the UK.
