Stayed here for one week with our 1 and 5 year old. We booked a junior suite h/b and were not disappointed. Apartment was very spacious and had all we needed as well as being extremely clean. Breakfast and dinner buffet offered a variety of food with the option to select daily dishes cooked to order. Staff were amazing with the kids who were tbh a total pain at eating times, particularly the lady in the shop who was beyond lovely. Amazing beach just down the hill (100 meters). If you want to explore though would definitely recommend a car as we had a couple of days out and car made it much easier. Only negative was the pool, it is on the small side and no shallow area for kids, but other than that would recommend.
We arrived to the hotel 3 hours earlier than the check-in time. The lady at the reception called the cleaning department to prioritize our room, so we could get it within an hour. Till then we got a place to leave our luggages, so we could go to the beach and start our holiday. Our room had a beautiful see view with a big balcony. Inside we had also more than enough space for the two of us. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel. Both the breakfast and the dinner are nice and delicious with a wide sortiment of different dishes. All in all I would recommend this hotel for everyone.
Rental car: Avia Car. Perfect service Hotel: friendly staff, room 211: big, ocean view, breakfast: great. Dinner: never went, we don't do buffets. Local shop is closed at noon: not good. Internet great
Stayed here for a week the hotel is ok the staff are very nice one bar tender tells you to sit down we don’t serve at the bar. I really have to mention the lack of water tea coffee stations there are none. Pleading for bottles of water isn’t my idea of a great holiday. Even in the gym no water. We have done all inclusive for years so staying in this hotel on this basis is a must I believe it is 2 euros for a bottle of water that is glass with a cap they open in front of you... we asked them to refill the one we had at start of holiday. Also they still have plastic straws but I suppose they are doing their but by not having plastic bottles anywhere on the complex. Also what spoiled it for me was the freezing pools even the bubble pool that looked like a hot tub freezing. Not many people tend to swim. The food is ok buffet style in the main part pool bar could do better. If you like to explore a car is a must there is a free bus that takes you to nearest town didn’t do this. Beware the beach from the hotel is nudist all over the beach . Saying that it a very nice beach. You can also walk along to some stunning beaches for wind surfing. The plus side .. no mosquitos it’s to windy. Very good if you need some winter sun and just to relax on a quiet island.…
Nicely laid out hotel, spacious rooms with direct access to the beach. We found the beds very hard and requested a mattress topper which arrived quickly. We were on the ground floor, you could hear every movement from the upstairs room, so I recommend you pack earplugs. The hotel is located on the outskirts and a long walk to the nearest shop, restaurants or bars. If you want to stay in one place, this is the hotel for you, but if you like to explore you will need a car. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed feeding the chipmunks that came down from the rocks to greet you, however we warn you that this beach is a nudist beach. If this is not your cup of tea (it wasn't ours) you need to travel to a different beach in Costa Calma.
