Overall a nice holiday had 14nights stay. Allocated room 61 was right next to pool ok for first week but noisey from pool area in morning alao people passing through corridor and throughout the day with loud music from animation team.A lot of noise in evening as people drinking in foyer so a games room close by.Reception gave us a quiet room for last 4 nights. Asian restaurant closed which was a shame.Dining area loud and congested not a good dining experience even though food was fresh and good and plenty of choice at meal times.Great location, lovely beach some good places for food and drinks outside of hotel.Resort has become a little unkept with dirty overgrown pavements trees and shrubs overgrowing footpaths. Also lovely walks.Live music by outside entertainers wasnt a patch on last year. Felt let down considering what we paid for the holiday.Great Halloween show put on by Animation team. Lovely gesture for my birthday with a bottle of bubbles in room and a reserved table in dining room

I generally think this place is ok, some good points but also quite a few things where I experienced better in other hotels. Location Firstly, the location is really nice, overlooking a nice beach which is probably the winner of the hotel. Be aware that sun loungers on the beach cost however. Food The food is merely ok, there are a lot of options with a few absolute gems (the Mojo sauce was always welcome, fresh fish was usually good) but also plenty of dishes that were fairly average and a little too generic and international for my taste. The breakfast for example would be the same as any buffet in Germany/UK. Experiencing new food is an essential part of going abroad for me. There were some Spanish/Canarian food options, though I'd have liked more and some of them weren't the best examples. We treated ourselves to a few days in local restaurants where the quality is obviously higher. The biggest problem with the food, as others mentioned, is the restaurant/canteen itself, bright lights and loud does not make for a nice dining experience. Sit outside if you can! Pool I must admit, the constant loud music at the pool was not my thing. This is part of the animation service. The animation team are friendly and enthusiastic but I do ask why music has to be played constantly at the pool. Makes it not so relaxing. For sure, for aqua fitness etc it would be fine, but music is played throughout the day more or less. Particularly the animation team do a dance several times a day to the same songs. Was a bit cheesy and irritating for me. This is nothing against the animation team, they did their job well but is a hotel policy. For others it will be fine. Matter of personal taste i think. Normally we'd go to the beach to escape but on 2 days the sea was red flagged due to high wind. The lack of a pool without slides and music blaring all day was a big negative for us. Room The room was basic but decent enough. We had to request extra pillows and the shower unblocked when we arrived but this was quickly dealt with. The terrace was a welcome site for a quiet drink away from the pool. Some of the rooms are in close proximity to the pool which I can't imagine is great with some of the noisier functions at night. Luckily this was not a problem for us. Drink options The drink quality, as others said, is not the best. This is not surprising necessarily for all inclusive but could be improved. Corona Regulations Corona regulations were well implemented. I also saw staff actively tell people off for poor mask wearing (if it doesn't cover your nose, it is pointless people). As always there will be always guests who must handle every apple/pear before deciding which one to take which is not ideal in these times but not much the hotel can do about that.

Hotel was excellent the food catered for everyone and was freshly cooked and there was plenty of choice. I am a very fussy eater and had no trouble at all. The rooms were good and the beds were very clean and comfortable and extra pillows were available if needed. The rooms were cleaned every day and we had fresh towels. This hotel is a beach front hotel but is not owned by the hotel and all inclusive deal so you need to pay for loungers and umbrellas and at the beach bar/restaurant but it is a lovely beach. Overall very quiet here and not a lot to do outside the hotel but there is a restaurant and bar 10 mins up the road and a local spa for anything else you need. Would recommend staying here will be coming back.
