Visited here with my fiance, her daughter and my son in late October 2020 ( In the 1 week Boris let us escape the UK) . Nice hotel, just out of the centre, but only 10 mins walk to the beach. a handful of nearby friendly bars & restaurants, so if you dont want a walk at night, It's not a problem. Friendly Reception and house keeping staff. As it was just as the UK had opened the skies to the Canaries following lockdown, the hotel was quiet, but all amenites were open. Don't be put off by the value price, this place is clean, friendly and perfect for a week or 2 in the sun. Would we go again? Hell Yeah!

Stayed here with Jet2 for 10 nights. We were on 2nd floor just a few steps to negotiate. Lounge, balcony, bedroom all great adequate cooking facility and plenty of utensils, single beds with comfy mattresses no complaints at all apart from the dated bathroom with shower over bath, tiles need updating and shower too. The door to apartment was very difficult to open (room 124) you had to push and pull for ages to get the lock to work got a bit annoying after a week. Take your own squezy and scrubber but tea towels provided, also no tin opener. Long mirror in room and loads of storage space, paid for a safe but only 20 euros for 10 days which isnt bad. Pool area had good sunbeds and brollies alway available, nice to have fake grass around this area rather than slippy tiles. Weekly BBQ was really good for 8 euros. Some of the holiday-makers were there for long stays, 6 weeks, 12 weeks. Reception girls very friendly and helpful. Several bars around the property and also within 10-15 mins walk. Would stay here again. .

Stayed at the Sol apartmentos in December. Unfortunately my son was very I'll and had to stay in hospital for 7 days while we were there. The reception staff where absolutely brilliant. Very kind and concerned about him. We had to extend our stay and they couldn't have been more helpful We have booked to go again next December. The apartments are very comfortable but basic. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds, and the pool bar serves very nice food.

Stayed here briefly in september with my husband, 2yr old daughter and elderly aunt. I am aware they are basic apartments and we have stayed in plenty of basic apartments and are happy enough if they are clean. First impressions were ok having looked at previous reviews etc. Bedroom lounge and kitchen were all ok. The bathroom had a shower with a very shallow tray and just a shower curtain so water would flow out onto the floor, hence there was thick black mould along the grout between the floor and tray. There was always a bad smell coming the bathroom also. The morning after check in the night before we took a very excitable 2yr old to use the pool. We noticed that the water was veru dirty amd the level was below the filters. We commented to reception and we were tokd it was being cleaned, so went a walk. When we came back the water level was uo but the pool was still dirty. There appeared to be no movement of the water amd it was stagnant. Putting your hand in the water left a slimey residue on your hand. We asked to speak to manager and the next morning it was arranged for the owner to speak to us. In the lead up to this the ground staff were running around with huge tubs of chemicals and hammering away in the pump house. We also observed the pool ledge being cleaned by dipping a brush into the pool, and sweeping water along the ledge and back into the pool. The manager admitted to us that one of the pumps was broken and they would rectify it and we were told the pool would be ok to be used later. Were were very doubtful of this as the whole pool would need draimed and completely cleaned, it was that dirty. Jet2 reps then arrived and were appalled at the condition of the pool and quote " wouldnt put my dog in that" whilst there were there black stuff started to come out of the filter on the floor of the pool. At this stage we asked to be moved to other accommodation. The manager told us they had done tests and the water was safe (using apparatus that looked like it was 30years old) and that if our daughter got sick she would pay her medical bills?!? During this whole time the pool was not closed despite huge amounts of chhlorine being added. This has obviuosly been an issue in the past also as others have commeneted that their children have come out of the pool woth rashes. I understand that sometimes things dont work but the owners should take responsibility and ensure the safety of their guests. We returned to the apartments at the end of our week in costa teguise and the pool was in the same condition with no pumps working. The pictures show the silver filter at the bottom of the pool that in a clean pool should be clearly visible. Also there was a screw coming out of the ladder.

My husband and I visited these apartments in October. Having been on lots of holidays with my better half it’s the first time he’s said he would return. The room was great plenty storage space, the living/kitchen diner was a great size with TV with British tv channels. We had a massive roof terrace stayed in room 338. The location is excellent just far enough out but close enough to everything. We done the grand tour of the island would highly recommend booked through Jet2 rep was about £113 included lunch with wine was very good if you book tours out with hotel lunch extra and not sure where. Restaurants Mi place bottom is the road 1st class lasagne, the Chinese across the road with complex buffet amazing, also went to the square and had drinks a lot busier also ate at the Mexican, Indian and Italian lots of choice.
