Attention, please do not book this hotel if you eventually have to cancel it due to corona. This happened to us a year ago and we still have not received our money back despite multiple promises from the hotel.

The all inclusive is great. My favourite is being able to have cava from breakfast onwards! The food was delicious and really varied every single day. The meal at the tasting restaurant you are allowed (one per stay) was also exquisite. The facilities are really beautiful, in a great location by the beach and very well looked after. The staff were super friendly and I loved having at least one fitness class a day to chose from (usually 3 or 4 at least). I had the best holiday ever and would love to go back. Top score from us. Many thanks for a memorable holiday!

As soon as we had entered the hotel we were greeted with friendly receptionist and offered to have lunch since we had a hungry look on our face. For some reason our rooms were not set up and it was nearly 3pm. It was not an issue since we needed to eat anyway. The main meals were tasty but the desert did not meet expectation and taste abit stale. Also they did not have any fresh coffee and all coffee machines served instant. Our room had all the basic necessary equipment's. On the second day our lift had broken down and notice was put up to not to use the lift. The lift was not fixed during the whole of our stay. Since our room was situated on the 3rd floor we had to walk up every time which was not a problem. The only problem was the staircase that leads up to the hotel is located on the outer edge of the building and exposed to wind. We did not enjoy the walk up during certain nights when the weather was abit chilly. And of course carrying our suitcases down when it was time to leave. The great thing about this hotel that it was not over crowded and had a free gym to exercise. However we did have to pay 10 euro for the spa and sauna per day. The location of the hotel was ideal and right next to the beach. I have done Vlog of this hotel. Search "All inclusive - Review of HD hotel in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, Canary Island, Spain - 4 Star"

I was lucky to spend four days at this hotel before Spain went on lockdown. I picked this hotel because of its location by the sea. I also liked that the hotel building wasn't one of those large tall buildings but it's spread out nicely with only a few floors. I was on half board which was enough. Only one day I walked to the small supermarket about 5 minutes from the hotel to buy some snacks so it's a nice option. I think the food choice both for breakfast and dinner was great. The restaurant was large with enough space for everyone to eat comfortably. Very clean with staff constantly tidying the tables. The beach is directly by the hotel. The weather was windy but it was great for a walk along the coastline. There are some small dunes and the sunset is beautiful, it's worth the walk. There are two areas with swimming pools in the hotel. Obviously because of the time of the year it wasn't crowded but I think it's big enough even during busy times. There is a small gym and a nice spa as well in the hotel. I didn't use the gym which is free otherwise. I wanted to use the spa but I was told I would need to pay 15 euros as I was on half board. I went alone and I got a huge room with an upstairs area, with a jacuzzi style bath in the bedroom area. It was strange but probably great for couples. The bathroom was on the ground floor area, huge shower cubicle with probably one of the best water pressures I have ever experienced. My room faced the back area which I didn't mind, there was a nice balcony and the sun was shining there all afternoon so great for some private sunbathing. There is air con in the room, fridge, TV, sofa, cupboards, so everything that can be useful. So great hotel, food, customer service. I hope one day I can be back.
