Mostly positive about this sprawling well designed complex, with a few reservations. First the good bits, you won't find this hotel on many tourist companies websites, the apartments are split between timeshare and private owners, this means that despite our recent visit at half term there was never a problem getting a sunbed. The location of the complex is excellent,... More

Having read all the reviews, we were looking forward to our holiday. After a delayed flight and a baggage handlers strike, we arrived a bit travel weary and on being shown round the apartment everything seemed OK. However, while unpacking we pulled back the shower curtain and the bath was full of dead flies and mosquitos. The corners of the... More

Best place have ever stayed in the canaries and have stayed in many ,many places . You will find it a very friendly place ,not really that suitable for young children as most of the best eating places are a good 20 minutes walk away at least .

We stayed in an Exchange Apartment on this complex for a week. The pool and garden areas were well kept although some of the pathways were uneven. Only 32 apartments in the complex weren't privately owned and we had a one bed ground floor one of these. Paul, the Manager was very informative and helpful and the cleaning staff excellent.... We stayed for a week in a ground floor 2 bed apartment. Yes the apartment was spacious but dated, dirty and certainly in need of a lick of paint. We had problems with cockroaches but Paul the manager had said that it was because we were in a ground floor apartment and offered to move us to a 1 bed... More

Clean, friendly staff who go the extra mile, nothing to much trouble. Information given regarding facilities and the local area. This was our second stay and enjoyed both visits. Near all amenities, short walk to the beach. Pool area kept spotless as is all of the grounds and apartments. Comfortable beds.

We spent a week in a one bed apartment. The apartment was good, clean and well stocked fir self-catering. Only two quibbles. Firstly the reception is not manned enough, not 24 hours, and closes at 12 noon on Saturday, reopening Monday morning so if you gave a problem that isn't an emergency there's no assistance. Secondly, not serviced enough by... More

I agree with the previous comments, that this is a very quiet complex and I guess that's were the problem lies. Whilst this is a very large complex, only 32 apartments are holiday lets/ part of club los Molinos, the rest are privately owned and that means a lot of rules!! These rules are enforced by the sergeant major who... More
