I have just returned back - 16th may - 23rd May This was my 6th time back to this hotel and it never disappoints me, from the start to the finish it was total perfection. I have just booked to go back in September with my partner as we love it here. The staff are brilliant and very accommodating for you. The food is out of this world everything is there and more you are NOT stuck for choice. The hotel is immaculate in every way, we did for the first time upgrade to the prestige area . I was a little disappointed with the prestige area as it is very quiet through the day as there is a open bar to help yourself to drinks or lunch snacks, I would of thought paying extra you would get bar staff serving cocktails etc; as I had to go to the pool bar for these. This isn’t a complaint it’s just advice on what could be improved for the future regarding the prestige. For your evening meal for the prestige area they have just opened up another seating area with a glass of champagne on arrival very nice ! Overall we absolutely love this hotel with many happy memories here, you certainly won’t be disappointed it’s TOP CLASS! see you in September!…

Fabulous hotel with great food on an amazing beach. Back for a second trip with friends who were not disappointed. Stayed here for 1 week I am so impressed with this hotel, Food is always outstanding and drinks are branded absolutely lovely so many cocktails on the menu included in all inclusive - I have never been to an all inclusive and loved the food so much honestly reviews don’t do this hotel enough justice! Staff are so nice and helpful Room was spacious and cleaned every day 2 pools which are heated The beach is right on top of the hotel and the water is absolutely beautiful Would recommend this hotel and will be returning! Back to Paradise first time after the pandemic, and it was just heaven. We have been there every year up to 2017, when the hotel closed for refurbishment. Some years twice a year. All our old friends ( staff ) in the bars and restaurant was back, and it was really nice to see them again. Especially Sese, Fonte and Martinez. The food was just as excellent as before, and the staff really works hard to make sure that you have everything as you need. The rooms are very clean, and the towels were changed twice a day. We were again met with big smiles and made feel very welcome. We were flying in from Gatwick, and always have private taxi from the airport. This make the journey a lot shorter. We will definitely go again in October, as this is the best place on earth away prom home.

Picture this, delayed flight, coach journey 1hr 40mins (40mins more than expected). Arriving at the hotel 10:45 pm, tired, thirsty and hungry. Waiting on the driveway was Silvia, she greeted us and took my partners case into the hotel. Cold towels, and champagne were brought to us. Then lots of details about the hotel. We were then allowed into the closed restaurant where food and drinks were served to us. It was like arriving at paradise. This set the tone for our entire stay at the hotel. All staff members are polite, friendly and work hard. Thank you to Mustafa for taking our bags to the room while we eat, he showed a positive attitude. Hosey (or James) managed the restaurant staff very well, and Dani stood out as the best omelette chef. But all the chefs work hard and nothing Is too much trouble for them. We will definitely come back. Advice: if on a coach expect the journey to take 1hr 40 so get some water for the journey. If you have food allergies there is info available and chefs can help. Prestige worked best for us as this area is adults only and is more relaxed. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making the holiday very enjoyable and relaxing. The only negative for me was having smoking guests either side of us making the balcony a no go area. Maybe consider having no smoking rooms separate to smoking rooms.…

Hotel was beautiful, lots of space, no rushing for sun beds. Had a sea view room which was absolutely gorgeous(even though our key didn’t work a number of times). Ice and water near rooms was great, exceptionally clean. Greeted by Danielle who was lovely offered us a drink on arrival. Had a meal in the Japanese restaurant , excellent, worth a visit. Beach was lovely, windy at times but once behind wind breaks it’s fine. All in all a lovely hotel for a relaxing holiday. Our only little thing if there was anything was we thought the food in the restaurant could have been a little more varied and more five star, still enjoyed ourselves though.

We first visited this hotel in 2019 and were so impressed we tried it again. We went half board as we don’t drink o eat a lot. The food was as good as last time and the choice is impressive. The Japanese restaurant was also just fabulous again. Don’t miss it. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool and we never struggled to find a spot despite some ( mainly British) people reserving beds for hours on end. The pools were very cool but my husband managed a few swims as it was so hot during our week. The staff are lovely and really appreciate it if you try a little Spanish. Most people are German but we never felt 2nd best despite other reviews I’ve seen. The negatives are that some areas need cosmetic work- rooms and corridors are starting to look old and tired and a refurb is needed to keep up the 5 star status. The chairs on the balcony are dreadful, even though we had an upgraded room. The air con isn’t really strong enough to keep the room cool when it’s 37 degrees outside. Despite this we had a very chilled, relaxed holiday and I received a bottle of fizz on my birthday which was nice, although our wedding anniversary was ignored. If you want to spend your holiday in the hotel relaxing, and eating and drinking this is the hotel for you. No facilities for children mean there aren’t any ( thank goodness) and the beach views are stunning. There were no noisy drunken brits and the atmosphere is very international. I’d recommend it but it could be better with a little money spent on improvements.…

Excellent Hotel, on arrival greeted by a lovely smile - Ambar on reception was wonderful she was so very helpful and friendly a great asset to the Company. A welcome drink and a cool towel awaits your arrival. Hotel was very clean, great staff, food was excellent. you have an option to dine in the Japanese restaurant once with your stay, we decided to book,it was really good, i am not keen on sushi but if you ask and give notice they will change some things for you, the experience was fab you all sit round a table about 12 of you there are two tables of around 12 people on each table, whilst the amazing chef's cook in front of you, the food was good i had salmon which replaced the prawns for me, men have to wear trousers as shorts are not permitted. There is a mini bar in your room, we were on an all inclusive for 4 days which was worth it. If you do have anything from the mini bar the only thing you would be charged for is the prosecco which is 9.50 euros and the nuts we had the prosecco from our room on arrival. We stayed in room 6402 on the same level as restaurant near to everything, room was lovely with a balcony with views over the pool and sea. The beach is a short walk down the path from your hotel 13 euros for the day for 2 beds and umbrella, it's very spacious lovely sand, waves can be a bit rough but if you walk further along the sea is calmer. But still great fun. Pool area is great lots of beds beach towels are given if you wish to change them you just take your used ones back. Room was cleaned every day if you wish to have clean towels just leave them either in the shower or folded and they replace them if you wish. Check out for us was 11.30am but you can use the spa for a shower which we did before leaving the hotel, they will store you bags in a room behind reception for you. There is nothing i could have wished for better the hotel was great loved every minute the style too, was so sad to leave and hopefully return for a longer stay next time. Felt totally refreshed thank you to all the staff at this lovely hotel they were all wonderful. Could not have wished for a better holiday. Thank you. …

Just returned from a great break at this hotel. Really nicely situated, so we could take a walk (or an e-scooter) into town. Food was good - Buffet fish night is excellent as is the beef cheeks. There is literally something for every palate, at all meal times. Drinks were good Staff were excellent, helpful, polite and always smiling. Like they were so pleased we had come to stay at their hotel. And, it wasn't stuffy. We had a seaview room (5414) which was perfect for us. One floor down to the beach terrace.One floor up to the restaurant and sports bar terrace. Next to the side stairs, can't remember them being used by other guests. Yes a great stay and the winds (Fuerteventura means strong winds) were n to too bad and actually kept the heat more bearable.
