We were booked to travel on 23-Dec for Christmas. Booked within the last 6 weeks. At no point did this hotel advise they were closed. We have today received a cancellation from them, advising they will not re-open unti 16-January. We are now left with flights that we will have to pay for (as the flight is not cancelled) and unlikely to be able to secure reasonably priced alternatives at this stage. Very poor to have taken bookings if uncertain they will be able to open.

This hotel had a lot to offer. Everything was really awesome. The buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner was too much sometimes. They had a nice gym you can use. And the beach was quite near but lots of steps and stairs to reach it. Very clean and neat allover the place. They also had live music every evening in the lobby. I would definitely come back.

Stayed here for 4 nights in March ,we paid extra for adults only ( well worth it ) .You get to use adults only pools ,which are really chilled .Drinks great ,the beach is amazing .We walked into Jandia town which is about 45 mins along the beach ( not a lot their maybe time of year ) ,their is a great designer shop called mint their.Good size gym which you can do a decent workout. The only thing we didn’t like was the food ,me & my wife eat very healthy & we struggled to find something to eat but we spoke to other people their & they enjoyed the food so maybe it was us ! Would recommend this hotel for a short break .

Normally in March we have a Tui cruise but came here instead,so glad we did. The hotel and grounds were immaculate, the staff always smiling and courteous from cleaners to management. The food was excellent, such a variety. We ate dinner at 6 and saw the displayed food at its best. The drinks on the silver wristband were adequate and the honey rum very palatable. The Tui reps were really helpful and were going above and beyond helping guests who wanted to return early get flights sorted. I am very sorry for guests whose holidays at the hotel have been cancelled. Our aircraft flew out empty to bring us back. The staff who’s jobs are on the line but we will definitely be returning. Thanks for a great holiday.

Just returned from a week in this excellent hotel where the staff had to deal with exceptionally difficult circumstances due to Covid 19 , without exception they worked hard to ensure that despite the restrictions imposed by the Spanish authorities they made our holiday as good as it could be. The standard of accommodation and food exceeded our expectations . Thank you so much to all staff and a big thank you to the Tui reps who kept us updated and in a worrying situation they showed kindness and humour and an eagerness to ensure the safety of all . We wish you all well as we know the hotel has to close very soon. Our very best wishes and thanks
