My friend and I stayed for a week at this lovely hotel on 3rd July. We had an easy check in and a lovely clean room. The hotel was spotless clean and there was always a sun bed available around the pool. The food was great with enough choice and amazing cakes and desserts. The chef cooked your choice of meat or fish while you waited and was always smiling. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and always made us feel welcome in the bar ,and made us laugh too. Gabriel and all the rest were great. Close to the bust stop it was easy to get around the other resorts for less than 2 euros. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful area
We've just had ten days at this hotel and it was very good indeed. The rooms were immaculate and perfect for what we wanted. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. There was a good variety of food in the restaurant, morning and night. Only one niggle no drawers in the bedroom other than that brilliant.
Rest and relaxation. Rooms are spacious, comfy beds. All areas are exceptionally clean. Staff are friendly, helpful and happy. Food is excellent with a good variety of choice. Spa is great but restricted opening times. No hesitation to come back.
Love this hotel. It is small enough to be super-friendly to all of its guests. The staff, right up to the most senior are friendly, helpful and approachable. The food is excellent and the service sublime
I have just returned with my friend after 5 nights , the hotel is spotless, staff very friendly the waiters work very hard and nothing was too much trouble at all. Already looking to re book for next May. Also had a facial. The place is amazing keep up the good work.
Just returned from a wonderful week in the Sagitario Platja. We had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool which was spacious and clean. We had a great time, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are lovely and very friendly. We were half board and can’t fault the food in any way. The evening meal has a couple of meats and fish which are cooked for you by the chef while you wait, there is also a buffet with must things served in little dishes. The desserts are amazing, again served in small individual portions, therefore no cakes sitting there mushed about by other guests! The hotel itself is small and has a lovely atmosphere. The pool area is well kept with lots of sun beds and parasols. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel which is in a very quiet resort but within walking distance of restaurants/shops. We walked one day into Ciutadella along the Cami de cavalls which took about an hour but there is a bus stop outside the hotel if you don’t want to walk. We also visited the cave across the road from the hotel which was very interesting. This hotel seems to have a lot of returning guests and a good mix of nationalities.…
Very happy with our choice of hotel and location Easy to check in and allocated a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool with its pretty flowers and trees. Excellent sized room, spacious and bright. Huge balcony. Bright /roomy bathroom, powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities, great air con Breakfast and evening meal buffet style both of a very high standard, lots to choose from. Staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially in the bar and restaurant, we couldn’t have wished for more! Large swimming pool with outside bar and terrace, a very relaxed and comfortable area. One small point was the time of the evening meal from 8 - 10pm. We felt that 8pm was a late start and that 7 to 7.30pm would have been better We had a lovely break and would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel in the beautiful resort of Cala Blanca, cant wait to return …
We have just returned from a two week stay at this excellent hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were constantly cleaning tables, chairs and loungers after guests had vacated them to make them safe for others to then use. Within the restaurant, bar area and pool area the hotel ensured that social distancing was in place so that chairs, tables and loungers were placed far enough apart to keep guests safe. The hotel has non contact sanitizing dispensers for guests to use and guests are asked to wear masks when necessary, but in no way are these measures imposing on your holiday, but merely make you feel safe. The restaurant was very organised and had a large choice of high quality, delicious, tasty dishes served in individual portions all served to customers directly by chefs or waiters to keep everything safe. The resort is lovely and the beach is very close and again everyone there respects and follows the social distancing guidelines which makes it such a relaxed and safe holiday. The staff are friendly and welcoming and will go out of their way to help accommodate guests’s requirements. Overall a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be returning to the Sagitario Hotel again.…
Stayed here late September / Early October for a week in 2019, first time in this resort they were winding down and a couple of the places in the area closed the week we were there. The beach is very small and the area is not as good as some of the other resorts I have stayed in for walking & exploring etc... but still a good relaxing place to go. I took the opportunity to get the bus into ciutadella and onto Mahon, and walked into ciutadella from Cala blanca once as well. Both well worth a visit, though are relatively peaceful places no late night partying to be had. But then I go away to chill out so all good. Getting back to the hotel - really good value stay for us. Price wise I think they punch above their weight. I've paid quite a bit more for places better than this, and I've paid more elsewhere for less than I got here too. The staff were on the whole terrific, the older more experienced bar and restaurant staff were great fun always having a laugh with the guests. Playing the odd joke on guests etc... it made it a great trip for me. They were always very helpful as well. Food was good, Beds a little on the hard side tho! Can recommend Jennys restaurant in Cala blanca as well, went there for lunch most days we were in the resort. Great value and were well looked after. I will definitely return here again at some point.…
This was our first visit to this Spanish hotel. After reading the reviews we were so looking forward to our stay. On arrival hotel was clean and room fine. On our first night in the restaurant at 7.30pm which was a Saturday the food was cold and the chef was putting bloody pork into dish for customers to take. We tried different plates of food leaving all due to the risk of illness. Other guests who stayed before told us said they had reported cold food in May, and many we noticed were having salads. At breakfast no chef at station kept disappearing into kitchen and the waiter would go round to grill and cook the eggs. I cooked my own on two occasions as the wait was lengthy. Poor quality of food tinned fruit and veg. End of season so town was limited to 2 bars which served food and one supermarket which closed completely on the Thursday before we left on the Saturday. Beach unkept at this time of year. Jet 2 make no mention of ghost town when offering their holidays. Beware even the ATM was switched off so take your credit card. The hotel had several days when the Spanish came in for dinner and took over the indoor bar area. The food and service was exceptional on these days for them we felt like the poor relations. One guest was ushered out off the bar area and told it was a private function. So disappointed with our holiday.…
