Hotel is ok, not amazing and not poor, if you ask my 3 year old daughters there opinion they would say they had the best time ever and that’s what it’s all about. Food was nice but same old every day, location wise it isn’t the best, if you like to venture out then this definitely isn’t the hotel for you, yes there’s a free shuttle bus into kardemena at various times of the day but I like to go for a wander and there is nothing close by. Entertainment team for the kids are a credit to the hotel and probably the biggest selling point. In my opinion there’s no way it’s a 4 star hotel but each to their own. Hotel is like marmite, your either going to love it or hate it, fortunately for us our kids loved it and it’s all about making memories for them, 1 thing I did notice on the reviews a lot before we went was people complaining about the WiFi, I go on holiday for a break and to take me away from the norm for a week or 2 so if you can’t go that long without stayin off fb, instagram, tik tok or any of the other pointless social media sites just stay at home.…

We have spend one week so far and have another week more to go. We love every part of the experience so far. Great food, lovely atmosphere and so far best kids club with tons of activities for the kids. My boys 2 and 4 years old enjoy going to the kids club 6 hours daily and particularly enjoyed playing with Tiglet (Sophie's guinea pig) and were sad to not see him again at the kids club. Hopefully in our last week, they get to see Tiglet again. Excellent care at the kids club, we are so grateful to all the teachers. Also, we love the surprise cake on my birthday on the 17th. It taste yummy and was very thoughtful of the hotel. We always go to a resort in September during my birthday but this is the first time we received a cake surprisingly. For anyone looking to visit, check out seetheworldwiththekids, which is my wifes youtube channel or just search akti Beach Club kos, and it should come up. More videos will be uploaded soon, including room tours, food, and all the activities we did. The hotel was amazing perfect location and was very clean, the food was very good with a good selection for everyone. The room was lovely with lots of space for us all and good Internet which was good especially with 2 boys. We will definitely be back.

Akti Beach Club is located among lush Mediterranean vegetation, it is great to relax in such a place. We arrived at 6 a.m., immediately received all-inclusive wristbands and could go for breakfast. At 11 a.m. the room was ready to be picked up. I ordered a superior double room. We were surprised when it turned out that our room included two deckchairs and an umbrella (the building has 10 rooms and each has access to a private swimming pool). The complex of 3 hotels is located in a huge garden. Very helpful staff, the lady who cleaned our room, Marija, is amazing, she makes sure to clean the room and replace towels every day. The situation is similar with the staff in bars in the adult section and the general section. The staff remembers what drinks you order, greets you with a smile and serves you your favorite drink. The restaurant has a lot of dishes to choose from, and despite the huge number of guests, the table is always prepared on time. We had a problem with the air conditioning. After reporting it to the reception, the problem was fixed immediately. Perfect service throughout the hotel and I admire these people for their hard work, thanks to which you can relax comfortably. The minibar is replenished daily (2 bottles of wine, 2 beers, 2 soft drinks, 2 juices and a bottle of mineral water). It's nice to come back from the beach and reach for something cool in the fridge. Very spacious room, great view from the balcony onto the fairy tale garden. If you like parties, there is something interesting every day in the adult section and in the amphitheater. This place is lovely very good for all ages. We had a maisonette room, and it was nice and fresh. Perfect for families. The best part of this holiday was the entertainment team. Thankyou to Marco for getting to know my son and making him feel involved straight away, taking him off to do all the activities and looking for him to do more, everyday. Not had that before and Mason had such a good holiday thanks to you, I hope you know how much we appreciate you, and the others. Kevin is a true star he really made me smile and laugh wish we could bottle up his energy and spirit and use when feeling down. He’s amazing. Neus and Danny came to us on our 1st day and introduced themselves and explained things to us, they were so welcoming and full of life. They remember names and always smile say hello whenever they see you. A 5* team always on the go and busy making people’s holiday experience the best it could be. We will return mainly because of the animation team. But also can’t forget the lady who makes omelettes and pancakes all night and is back at breakfast making more omelettes and eggs. She is a wonderful caring lady who name I can’t think. She is a real credit to this place! Food good. Gets a little repetitive, and they didn’t make fresh kebabs I saw him getting frozen out box to put on the grill in the main restaurant in evenings. I guess they have enough to do. The Chinese station was very nice and always had the biggest queue, strange! Free bus into the town is good. But sometimes it skips a couple of hours so have to plan carefully. Free use of pedalos and kayaks on the beach excellent. 24hr all inclusive is good choice. Also help yourself to ice cream day or night perfect. However the coffee machines all have different settings. And the hot chocolate choice is located in the restaurant which doesn’t work while main food is not on. Should have that available in lobby for the evenings aswel as the coffee and tea. A few bad points I found the pools cold. And when it’s breezy you can really feel it. This island can get very windy in the evenings. The beach is rubbish. Just grit stones and rocks. Tricky to get into the sea. Bring water shoes. Housekeeping never refil the soap the upstairs sink soap was empty the whole of our stay she must never of check it at all. Also she always took towels and only gave 3 back (we were 4 people) and always left them downstairs instead of replacing the upstairs (we stayed in maisonette) Geeece was very relaxing and welcoming our 1st time and will return. …

Very close to airport so short transfer time , under 20 mins on arrival about an hour on return due to pick ups . We had adults only double with shared pool , That was great as the main adults pool constantly had no spare sunbeds so we could cool off in the pool whenever we liked . Room was ok , mattresses really soft so not the comfiest for us , only gripe would be the bathroom, shower screen was leaky to the point the floor would be soaked and seal was grubby .The coffee and water were not restocked in the room and reception staff were very unhelpful when asked about it . Although the complex looks huge it’s actually not too far to walk from adult area to main reception, restaurant or beach . Beach is tiny, sea is amazing with so many fish! Did my first snorkelling and it was brilliant. Wish the hotel would improve the access over the rocks to get into the sea, there are a few sandbags but I’m sure they could find a way to make it easier to get in , I saw a few people really struggling, myself included! Beach shoes are a must! Take a slice of bread and throw it in and the fish will literally be there, that was fun . Shuttle bus is great, really easy to get into Kardemena. Food is good, unless you’re a vegetarian or vegan, there is sketchy labelling at times but mainly you’re on your own! Trying to identify if the sweetcorn had tuna in it or the rice had chicken was a pain and the chef I asked on one occasion looked at me like I was an alien! There were no sorbets so no ice creams for dairy free and the desserts were very samey, even the baklava was a let down . Drinks were good, not the watered down rubbish you sometimes get at all inclusive. Kid’s entertainment looked good but adult’s entertainment was DIRE, so bad . All in all, nice hotel but wouldn’t return due to lack of entertainment and poor food for vegetarians and vegans .…

The hotel is surrounded by high palm trees . The rooms are clean and ours was cleaned daily ,the restaurant is high quality also and there is an Italian and Chinese section, so lots of choice,lots of activities during the day by the amazing animation team , plus an onsite gym, tennis courts, football pitch and games room. By traveling alone I usually spend my day to the main bar , premium drinks Martinis, Baileys, even the premade cocktails are good stuff, thumbs up to the morning barman with a small exception of the blonde waitress that seems to choose who will be served and who's not . Thumbs up too to the restaurant's manager and his team too ! Amazing stuff that will make your holidays special. I will definitely come back !

We had the best time here at Akti Beach, after a 24 hour delay due to the Air Traffic Control issues never thought we would get there!!! We had such an amazing time, The food, drinks everything was amazing. George the pool bar was a great guy, always had our drinks ready when he noticed us walking up to the bar, the animation team made the holiday though the best we have ever had on a holiday. My 8 year old son loved it, danced the night away and got involved with all the activities all day long, "sunshine for me, sunshine for you" loved it. The Greatest Showman was fantastic also. Cannot fault this place what so ever, would love to come back, watch this space!!! We met the Smiths & Browns family whilst we was there, both great families!! My cousin and I have just arrived home after the most magical holiday. We were really looking forward to a lovely relaxing holiday to celebrate me just graduating as a nurse and it was even better than we could have imagined. We have had the best week ever at Akti Beach. Everything from the room to the food was great but the animation team in particular made the holiday so incredible. The whole team are so friendly and they all made such an effort to learn our names from the first day. They all work so hard and made sure we had a great holiday. I'm in awe at how they manage to keep up the energy and smiley faces with the long hours they work. Weronika, Elena, Giorgio and Kevin are all so lovely and are incredible dancers! Two members of the animation team stood out in particular, Dani and Neus. Dani is an amazing guy and so nice, even though he didn't let me win at darts (or waterpolo). He is such a hard worker and has a great personality, he really made the holiday one to remember. Neus, our new best friend, is so so so lovely. From the very first day she made such an effort to get to know us, I was so impressed at how quickly she learnt our names. She always has a beautiful smile on her face and made sure we had the best time, we love you Neus! We will miss everyone in the team greatly, thank you to everyone!
