My husband and I stayed here for a week in september. Very quiet, relaxing hotel, run by a lovely couple and their children. Although a british inconsiderate couple did find the need to have a massive argument, slamming doors, shouting and screaming on two of the nights we were there!! We were greated upon arrival and shown to our room....

A lovely hotel in a great location. Hotel is very very quiet with the Bar never busy and closed by 9.30pm. But the Restaurants and Bars of Kalamaki only a 5 min walk away. Pool is absolutely beautiful and very refreshing, not warm but not freezing either. Room a little small for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child) and could...

We've been visiting Kalamaki on and off for 20 years now. This time we booked through lowcostholidays, as I couldn't get a better price elsewhere, and chose Hotel Metaxa based on previous reviews, as hotels we'd used before weren't available. Unfortunately lowcostholidays went bump about two months before we were due to fly out. We managed to secure flights, but...

We were checked in fast and shown to our room by the owner who was very nice. The location is good starting right at the beginning of the main strip giving you loads of opportunity to...

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Booked last minute to visit family I arrived to a very warm welcome from staff. Although my room was basic as expected, the double bed was comfortable and changed often. Clean towels were given to me daily and the room was cleaned daily too. Staying here alone, I felt safe at all times....

Basic rooms as you would expect for a 2 star hotel but good value for money. Lovely pool, plenty of sun beds and adequate poolside snack bar. A short walk to the beach and restaurants bars etc. A nice resort which caters for all ages ,an award winning beach a 10 minute walk away which is very shallow ,ideal for children...

Really nice hotel, not too loud (although we probably were with a 2yr and 4yr old girl) staff were always on hand and the owner/manager a nice man to chat to. If u like big loud hotels it's not for u.
