We had 7 nights with some friends & their 2 children aged 4 & 7. The staff are lovely, they work so hard & are always friendly. Rooms cleaned every day, fresh sheets & towels. Couldn't fault the food, at least 3 different meats & 1/2 fish everytime along with veg & potatoes. Some kids might struggle there was always chips then either chicken nuggets fish fingers etc. Snack time (3-5) was probably better for them with hot dogs burgers wraps & toasties. Ice cream too. Lots of cocktails available on AI. We used to be down by the pool by 9, always got a sunbed, there are signs saying towels will be removed after 30mins but never saw that happen. After our evening meal we ventured into town, lots of lovely bars/restaurants for cocktails etc & good entertainment in The Venue.

Firstly, most of the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic esp. the bar/wait staff. Very friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. Unfortunately, we found one of the receptionists to be less so. Felt that she would continuously go back on what she had previously said, and would make little comments on why things had not been done or provided. Was asked if we really needed extra pillows when the room was booked for three people and only had pillows provided for two. Also, when asking for more toilet roll as housekeeping hadn’t provided any, was told toilet roll was expensive and how much would we be willing to pay. Felt like she was trying to be funny when it just came across as rude. The rooms themselves were not as we expected them to be. Were placed in the annex (which was fine) but the rooms were not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We had two rooms; one with two people and one with three. The rooms are not meant to accommodate three people as they are very small. The third ‘bed’ was a pull out drawer from the double bed which was not suitable for an adult. Even though the room had been clearly booked for three people, there were only pillows, cups and other items for two. The bathrooms in the rooms gave absolutely no privacy as in one room only had frosted glass walls facing into the room, one of which had saloon style doors with a big gap between them. The showers themselves had no doors and were instead more like wet rooms which made the entire bathroom wet and slippery when having a shower. We were informed when we checked in that the hotel had recently been refurbished but saw no evidence of this in the rooms. The mirrors had duct tape on, one shower leaked into the room, there was a screw missing from the balcony among others. Whist staying at the hotel, there was unfortunately a fire in the field next to the hotel only a stones throw away from the pool. Despite many people informing the receptionist (the same one as above) that she should activate the fire alarm to evacuate the building (due to the fire being so close and the presence of smoke) she did not do so and even stated that she didn’t know how to. The alarm was eventually activated by another member of staff. This was a big concern as many of the occupants of the hotel were young families and caused us to have serious doubts regarding the quality of health and safety at the hotel. Thankfully the fire was attended to extremely quickly by the local fire department following a call by a local and no injuries sustained. I do have to say that we were very impressed by Jet2Holidays as three of their representatives came to the hotel and answered any questions people had whilst ensuring everyone was ok during the incident. All in all, we were not impressed by the hotel and would not choose to stay there again. However, the food and drink provided was excellent with a good selection everyday, and the evening entertainment was really good.

Be warned the resteraunt, which is more like a school dining hall...is full of cats, that spray all up the furniture and it's never cleaned. No fault of the resteraunt staff because it's just 2 of them all day...it stinks!! There are signs saying don't feed the cats, but people do!! It's unhygienic at the best of times. There's cats strolling around with fishing line hanging out their mouths. My daughter had her toes bitten whilst eating in the resteraunt.

Visited Klelia beach hotel June 22 firstly the cats sat on and underneath the table at breakfast awful . Cleaning of the pool and the pool side none existent for the first 10 days glasses left from night before towels left on the grass 2 weeks later . The pool was not cleaned properly for the first week then someone else turned up with new pool cleaner equipment . The door to go out on to our balcony room 801 didn’t fully open because the bed was in the way and fixed to the wall . The Jacuzzi a big bath tub on the balcony was not great the plug was ineffective … then on the last night we came back to the room to find the bed side table gone when I went to reception I was informed that maintenance had come to our room for some maintenance work at 9 pm !!!! Nothing was broken we reported nothing and apparently when he stood on it , it broke !!!!! A lot of money for what we actually got definitely not 4* will not visit again , drinks that watered down . Kalamaki I love and I’ve stayed in many hotels in kalamaki this has to be the worst so disappointing . I know because of the birds to expect bird poo but the hand rail I took the same photo for 7 days before it was cleaned

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, as listed on jet2 website, that's for sure. Rooms are big enough but there is no drawer space. The smell from drains was awful. This was made better by covering the drain in the bathroom with a towel. There's a kettle and cups no tea bags or coffee though. Towels were changed everyday and the room was always clean and tidy. There was no bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. We had a mountain and side sea view which was stunning. The pool area was not exactly clean there were cracked tiles and the area could do with a pressure washer to clean the tiles etc. There were always plenty of sunbeds which were not comfortable at all and again these were dirty and worn. The barman brought round fresh fruit and a shot at about 4pm. This was a nice touch. In the dining room. The food is very repetitive which is what you'd expect from all inclusive. However they could make it a little special by setting the tables at night with a table cloth and ask 8f guests would like tea or coffee instead of it looking and feeling like a canteen. They did not appear to use anti bacterial spray when cleaning the tables either. The food was always hot and fresh though and you could tell it is cooked on the premises. The staff are very friendly at this hotel and nothing appears to be a problem to them. They work very long hours several days a week. Well done to you all. It's a shame because this hotel is close to the beach and looks lovely from the outside.

That is probably the best hotel in Zante. I have been coming in Zante for the last 5 year staying in other all inclusive places but this is amazing. From the very first moment we arrived in the early morning we were welcomed from Tina the most friendly receptionist. The staff is out of this world at this hotel and this is what really makes the place. The food at the restaurant is amazing. Every afternoon a waiter comes around the pool serving shots & fruit salads. That is a really nice touch. Snacks are wonderful and include Greek Chiapatas, Pizzas, Burgers, Chips with difference sauces, Tost sandwiches, hot dogs, salads and more. The dinner was the best part. Compliments to the Chef Niko and his team. Mavra the hotel manager is a great lady and she makes you feel like home. The Hotel is clean and the maids come every day. Location is top with the beach being only few meters away and the center where all bars are, just 3 minutes walk. We already booked with Jet2 for next summer and recommended Klelia Beach to friends and other family members.

This really is a lovely Hotel however I would agree with previous posts that it’s not a 4 star. The grounds are very pretty & well kept. Hotel itself is very clean & relaxing. Staff are amazing, friendly , polite & very helpful. Bedrooms are clean, serviced everyday, lovely walk in shower , fresh towels everyday. Good size & although no drawers, there’s plenty of storage space. So like I said perhaps not a 4 star but definitely a fab hotel. Pool is lovely , cleaned everyday early in the morning. Although normal morons put their towels out early, we could always find a sun bed at any time & they are all in the sun, so no worries about being the last & getting the beds in the shade. I would also say this should perhaps be advertised as full board with drinks included. We are use to going on all inclusive where you can literally get food 24/7 .at the Hotel you get breakfast between 8-10, lunch 12:30-2:30 dinner 7-9 and snacks 3-5. Which is enough food for anyone really, but we felt governed by the times to eat. Whereas on previous AI we would perhaps have a late breakfast ( after 10) or eat late in the evening as we’d been by the pool till 7/7:30pm. Having said this we never went hungry. I guess it was just a different AI to get use to. Drinks at the bar are good & it’s great they use bottled soft drinks for mixers, as it’s real Pepsi not the yukky stuff you get elsewhere. Ok so cocktails are not your pornstar martinis & pina colarda or margarita but they are ok if you want a cocktail Food for my Husband was great, really good variety, always well cooked & always hot ( never had 1 Luke warm dinner as in previous reviews) fir myself being a vegetarian choices were very limited but I found this in a few restaurants we ate in while out &!about . When mentioned to staff about being a vegetarian they sorted food out for me so don’t be afraid to ask, they will bend over backwards for you. I feel the thing that lets this hotel down is the dining area, it’s fine for breakfast & lunch but feel they could do something to make it more of a restaurant in the evening, perhaps table cloths, I know this would add to running costs but it would be nice to feel you were going out to dinner rather than a cafeteria ( which is why I gave it a4 ) On the whole this is a really lovely hotel, fantastic location, exceptional staff, great food,
