This holiday was booked as a treat for my daughter and Grandchildren but it turned into a disaster. After 2 days of eating under cooked food and diluted drinks we had had enough. Therefore ended up eating out for every meal. The staff were unhelpful and very rude. Definitely not value for money. We would never return to this hotel again.

Just to be clear, although I moan below, it was a real nice hotel, great waterpark for kids and adults. I would return again one day, one I get over my fear of buffet food. Staff were nice and helpful, hotels is very clean and tidy and cute. I did not really dig the food, for me too many different smells at once, puts me off. I find it very annoying that hotels promote kids buffet as there is not one. The snacks consists of sandwiches and the left overs of the lunch., shame you cannot get self catering at this hotel The rooms ok, kettle, microwave, fridge but not cups spoons or anything, I guess I could have asked the rep, but I just took a few of the bowls and coffee cups and glasses from the restraunt Evening entertainment not the greatest, and as others said, it does seem to focus on other languages rather than any English. There is an entertainment area for kids, it is great, lots of o bouncy castles and other activities, but please note, they need to be paid for, its a bit like a fairground park. We went there most nights, so my 6 year old could play and we would chill with a drink. Tip try to get them to give you a deal where you pay once for the bouncy castle area it will work out cheaper. There is a strip literally 5 minutes away lots of restaurants, not really much entertainment on the strip. Beach is very small not much going on, and about a 15 minute walk away or the hotel has a bus that takes you there. We just walked. Only went there once out of the 7 days, hotel waterpark is better. We went into Laganas, one evening and got some some McDonalds lol Covid test was 20 euros and results back in 15 minutes lots of centres on the strip to get it done. What was really annoying was the day 2 test, when we got to the London airport they did not even ask to see proof. No problems with mask wearing stuff, you don't have to walk around wearing them, but on buses airports taxis you do. It is such a small island, if you can find self catering near the hotel, then you can still go in there, but there is a fee to go into the waterpark, I think that is what I would do next time. I love Greece very much, and the hotel was ok

We have just returned from a 7 night stay as a group of over 20 including 4 children aged between 2-7. After reading the reviews I was anxious to say the least but in actual fact our stay was a lot better than I expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and functional. The food was the same everyday but was edible and fresh. Nothing was left out standing, the salad was fresh you certainly wouldn't go hungry. The pool area was very dated but again functional - The snack bar offered chips/ Chicken nuggets and pork gyros daily which was nice if you didn't want to go into the restaurant. I honestly think for a cheap week in the sun this hotel is good. The staff work so hard and I think the previous reviews are very harsh.
