TRADIZIONE. GUSTO. OSPITALITA'. L'APRES SKI A 2.030m. Passo San Pellegrino, 1918 metri.

Immersed in the wonderful setting of Passo San Pellegrino, this chalet is located directly in the middle of the sunny slopes of Cima Uomo. The location is amazing. The side is always sunny and you can enjoy a spectacular view.
This chalet is the ideal place for a break during a day of skiing, offering both internal and external catering, from the kitchen with internal service to the sandwich station with external station suitable for a shorter stop. Since you can also get there on foot after a nice walk, it is suitable for everyone.
For me it is above all the place of the heart to spend the skiing week. The rooms are treated in every detail. In the evening the dinner service is of an excellent standard, and at breakfast it offers a variety of choices to prepare for a day in the snow.
There is a heated room for storing skis and boots.
Andrea and his team reopened the rooms this year and staying here means feeling like family.
Another nice initiative are the musical events. The best chalet for winter holidays.

During my recent ski week in Moena, I spent a day skiing at Passo San Pellegrino and stopped for lunch at the Chalet Cima Uomo which is located on the slopes of the pass on the Cima Uomo side. The chalet, located in an excellent position, is very welcoming and has a large panoramic outdoor space.
The menu offers typical mountain dishes, cold cuts platters, and, for those in a hurry, sandwiches. Excellent quality and friendly staff. The dumplings are excellent.

Wonderful place, location is incredible, most convenient we've ever experienced. Staff were very helpful when our car got stuck in the snow!. Guests of the hotel enjoy a private dining room in the evenings and also a special area decimated for lunchtime, which was very welcome as the place is so popular with skiers at lunchtime We really enjoyed the complimentary merenda at 4pm, after a day of skiing it was such a treat. Can't say enough good about it. Our only negative was that the mattresses could have been more comfortable.

We have been frequenting this place for over 20 years, I must say that the new management has really disappointed us. Staff not always courteous, dishes quite poor, prices high in relation to the quality (I was made to pay 1 euro for a glass of water from the tap!!). We regret the old management in every respect.

The quality of the food is decidedly poor (reheated cutlet, remade French fries, just enough desserts) but the prices are exorbitant! Especially compared to other chalets in the area
You have to go and get the mulled wine separately from the bar!

Here we felt truly welcomed and pampered. They brilliantly resolved our gross booking error with kindness and availability. Amazing snack, dinner and breakfast, attentive and friendly service, spotless and scented rooms, priceless open view of the mountains. We will definitely be back!

We were loyal customers under the previous management. This year we were disappointed. Not particularly appetizing dishes (tasteless dumplings, so-so barley and cotechino soup, terrible lentils). Caretto. The music from the outdoor DJ is a bit disturbing. After the first day we went to have lunch elsewhere.

+1
We stayed two nights in a room with a view of the slopes and on a half board basis. Spacious and spotless room with all comforts, excellent and plentiful breakfast and dinner, very helpful and attentive staff.
Chalet also perfect for a break during the day of skiing and for aprés ski. Super recommended, we will definitely be back!

We spent there one week in March, the rifiugio is located in the middle of the ski slope, so you do not need any ski bus, or car to go skiing. Just put your ski on and go down. There are only eight rooms there, all very clean and cosy. There is a ski restaurant and bar during the day, but for hotel guests there is separated dining room where excelent private chef treats them exclusively. Good selection of local wines. Moderate prices. And first of all very nice people.

The bread in the burger was stale, the meal was overall cold and the servers messed up our order twice. (and also at the neughbour table). On top of that, it is not the cheapest restaurant on the ski area, would not recommend, you better avoid it.
