I spent one night in this hotel during my trip through Switzerland. The hotel is very well located in Lavertezzo which is pretty famous due to its church and the two-bow-bridge. You can all access them by foot within 5-10 min walking. There was free wifi but the connection was very slow. The room was ok but looked very clinical, there was no heart in these rooms. I just didn't feel comfortable from the very first moment. Additionally you need to check out at 10 am which is very early considering that noon is the normal time for standard hotels. The hotel offers breakfast but it is very basic. I didn't see any fruits, and the coffee was almost cold. Service was good though and very friendly, nothing to complain about. If you want to see Lavertezzo this hotel could make

There are not many hotel options in the Valle Verzasca, and everything in Switzerland is expensive. That being said, the rooms are basic and comfortable, but no-frills whatsoever. It's the rustic, Swiss Alpine version of a roadside Motel 6 in the US. Wifi only in the restaurant (not in the rooms) and only if it's not raining. The highlight of our stay was sleeping across the road from a roaring river in a stunning valley, and getting to know the delightful family who owns it. Enrica and her late husband ran the business for decades, and she has now turned it over to her son, Mauro, and his lovely wife. They recently bought the little kiosk next to the Lavertezzo bridge, so stop there for a refreshing gelato (they sell Movenpick brand ice cream - the chocolate is to die for)

Located in a beautiful spot, this was an incredibly pleasant place where to rest for a night, relax and enjoy an astonishing view. Friendly, sweet and helpful staff; lovely owners and very good restaurant cuisine. Would recommend the onion soup, the local Affettati & Formaggi plate and their Grappa.

After a little bit more than a year we have stayed again at Posse. Since the last year they added a few new accessories to the rooms which make them a little more lovely. It is still a simple motel without TV and other amenities which are standard at other motels/hotels. Perfect for all which are interested in spending their time outside of the room :-) Nevertheless, the rooms are clean and offer a very good price-value-ratio.

We spent one night in the hotel Posse while hiking in the beautiful Verzasca valley. We arrived rather late but received a warm welcome. We had dinner at the restaurant and were surprised by the high quality of the food and the great service. The rooms are rather small and old-fashioned but there is everything you need for a short stay. The small breakfast buffet is included in the price. Unfortunately WLAN only worked in the restaurant, not in the room. There is no TV in the room (which I don't use anyway). The famous Lavertezzo bridge is just about 500m away. Perfect as starting point for hiking towards Sonogno.
