Stayed here for a wedding in August and spent a lively few days exploring the beautiful area around Nijmegan. Friendly and helpful staff in this small hotel, felt really at home. Our room was up a few flights of stairs, good for getting the blood circulating but not so good if you have any mobility issues. The room was quirky,...

Not far from Nijmegen lies this small hunting castle in the woods. Peace and quiet, and ideal for a nice walk. The castle itself is beautiful, both on the outside and inside. Be sure to walk around the inside to see all the beautiful details. We upgraded our room to a suite, so that we would be in the castle...

We had an offsite with our management team here, in 'De Stijgbeugel'. Conference room well prepared - lunch was nice. The rooms were in two different buildings: Jachtslot and the Residence. In the Residence there was no breakfast - you had to go to the Jachtslot itself. I went for a walk at dawn [6am] in the woods and this...

Located in a very beautiful area, the Jachtslot Mookerheide is a guarantee for a nice time. Especially when the weather is nice, the surrounding moor- and woodlands are stunning. The reception, restaurant, breakfast area and some of the rooms are in the castle. The friendly receptionist gave us two rooms in the Residentie de Jachthoorn which is about 300 meters...

Nice rooms; splendid environment. Excellent walking and biking activities nearby. Very good food with friendly service. Nice wine list too. Only a pity that many room are in a separate building remote from the central building.

I reserved a deluxe suite in the residence (400km away from the main building) as a surprise for my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary! Service was perfect and helped me plan nice surprises and we got a nice surprise decorated desert! Amazing!

I stayed here for the Vierdaagse event this year. The hotel is a bit out of town of Nijmegen but by car or train (train station Mook-Molenhoek is approximately 800 m away from the Hotel - so within comfortable walking distance) the city centre is pretty quick reachable - just 8 min. by train to Nijmegen Central Station. The rooms...

While visiting the National Liberation Museum and Canadian War Cemetary, the 10 of us arrived for lunch and were treated to a spectacular array of great food and wine. Not cheap but worth every guilder in this enchanting building. Insist on a walk around!

We stayed in the residence "De Jachthoorn" for one night and had a very pleasant stay. It's a little walk (10-15 mins) to the main castle, but we were pleasantly suprised about our room, which was a little appartment. There was a small living room, kitchen and nice bathroom. The breakfast wasn't luxureous, but ok. The service was good, an...
