The unit that we stayed in was a 2 bedroom apartment with modern decor. It felt very homely, with a good size living and dining area. Well equipped kitchen, laundry, with Foxtel the unit is very comfortable. Sitting in the lounge or on the balcony it feels like you are sitting on a boat the water is that close. The... More

Great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers but so close, restaurants really close by, great walking along the broadwater edge, close to supermarkets, shopping and Theme Parks. Clean, well equipped rooms with great views, a couple of things needed attention (our fault) and the property managers were there promptly to sort this out for us. Would DEFINATELY... More

I recently needed to do a rush trip to Labrador for family reasons. The apartment (2bedroom) we stayed in was a gem. The view every morning makes you smile, kitchen had everything we needed, washing and drying facility was a bonus. TV had lots of channels and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished. Property managers... More

My family and I stayed here for two nights and we were very pleased. The apartment was spacious and clean even if the decor was straight out of the 1980s. There was a great view over the Broadwater as we were on the 11th floor. Just be careful if you have adventurous little people around! An extra car space would... More

We stayed in the P2 Penthouse for approximately 12 days. The apartment was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms amd and a powder room, and 2 living areas as well as a large kitchen. It was clean and although we ate out every day the kitchen was well equipped with domestic appliances. The view was incredible and we'd love... More

Awesome place for families to stay, spacious rooms and close to eateries, with a full kitchen in our room we were also able to cook our own meals. Beautiful outlook over the Gold Coast. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for four nights. Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids (9,7 & 4)). After a rough start to our holiday with a rental car mixup at the airport, we finally made it to the accommodation - and our holiday really started! Ian & Robyn were fantastically helpful and we received an upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartement... More

Great apartments in a top location.Beautiful views over the Broadwater. Restaurants, a pub and shops nearby. Everything neat and tidy and resident managers who are friendly and have pride in the presentation of the property. Been there three times now and will return.

A lovely resort. Each apartment is individually owned so each will be different. We had a delightful apartment, but it was needing a bit of upgrading. The view is to die for, absolutely breathtaking. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the world go by.

We had two apartments a two bedroom and a 3 bedroom. Both were well appointed and beds comfortable. There is no air conditioning however there are ceiling fans in bedrooms and living areas. Apartment managers on site, helpful and as we were late arriving this was really useful. Plenty of eating areas close by

We do try to accommodate late arrivals. Some units have aircon but as we are on the water we always have a beautiful sea breeze. Having so many cafe's, restaurants & hotel within walking distance is a real bonus. More
