Enjoyed our stay here. Our room had a nice view of the bay from all balconies (3). Pool is a bit "old fashioned" but does the job on a hot day. Games room very nice. Adult room is a bit of a waste with only one function and nothing on any other nights. For some reason not able to take...

Our stay began with a very friendly greeting from the reception and their smiles continued throughout our week there. The location of Sandy Point Beach Resort is great with views up and down the coastline. The grounds are very well planned with private BBQ's in areas as well as a herb garden to walk through and use any of the...

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to everywhere. Excellent for families. Children loved it and parents loved it also. Wished we could have stayed for longer so that we could have used the facilities a lot more.

From the moment we arrived at this place it was brilliant. Sure its not the most modern and flash place on the planet but its clean, fun, great for kids, loads of room. The staff, facilities, location and cleanliness were brilliant.

Would rather stay in other classic holiday resort next time . The ocean view was not that clear as othet building blocking it. The car park was full sometimes had to park the car on the road. The smell of the carpet wasn't pleasant

Lovely accomodation, so close to the broadwater! only negative was not enough parking at resort and side streets were chock a block too! Carparks should be allocated one per unit and numbered, handicapped parking should be clearly signed too.

This resort is unbeatable value for location and amenities. Close to cafe's/restaurants and transport. It is an easy drive to the theme parks and very close to the parklands on the Broadwater. The only issue with staying here is that the car park is treacherously small and does not have enough spaces for the units. Street parking is an option...

We spent week 52 on a family holiday at Sandy Point. The complex is run very efficiently, although the building is starting to show its age a bit. It is very well maintained though. It is close to shopping, beach and Surfers Paradise.

The penthouse was a great space for a large family with plenty of room for everybody! Close to Surfers Paradise, Harbourtown for shopping, The Hinterland and theme parks. Great views looking out over the water by day and the lights of Surfers Paradise by night.
