Great for couples. Beautiful surroundings amongst the trees. Very private. Good cooking facilities with a well set up kitchen and gas bbq provided. Cool enough to use the fireplace at night even in November. Bring some warm clothes. Ash the manager is friendly and helpful, with good advice on the local area. I would not hesitate to recommend this place...

When I did the booking the Manager, Ash was very helpful and informative advising there were no supermarkets or petrol stations in the area and that one would need to bring supplies. On arrival we were greeted and checked in by Anastasia, Ash's partner. We were in Bowerbird. The cabin has full facilities including a log combustion heater, air conditioner...

We love the rainforest so our wonderful cabin nestled right in the forest was a perfect spot for our romantic getaway. The retreat is away from the main tourist traffic and offers all one could want for couples. The bed with the view into the forest was very comfortable, the living room cosy with a stereo for music (and TV)...

Spent 2 nights midweek in Pitta cabin. It was the ultimate getaway from the world to chill out and relax. The cabin is faultless, very comfortable and well equipped. The fire was a godsend as it was very chilly in July. The kitchen was well equipped and we took all our own food & wine so were perfectly self-contained. I...

We stayed 3 nights for our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed by Ash. Being nature lovers we liked the idea of being in the rainforest and very close to nature. Better still that profits go back to conservation which was the clincher. Secluded, neat and cosy. The pademelons and birdlife were great. We took all our supplies. The kitchen had...

Quiet location with big rooms. Very romantic. Private and secluded. Each cabin is a good distance apart. Large two person spa bath. Each room has its own scent. Great for a couples weekend away or anniversary.

As an anniversary idea, I took my wife for a couple of days to the retreat where we stayed in the Pitta cabin. The weather was pretty bleak but we were very cosy with reverse cycle aircon and a decent wood stove. The cabins are set in pristine rain forest although part of the site was once developed as an...

My partner and I stayed here for my birthday weekend in March. It was absolutely gorgeous. There isn't any reception out there (which is a plus for me) and you will have to bring supplies as there aren't restaurants near by but this added to the charm and feeling like you are somewhere remote even though its only an hour...

Warm chatty greeting when we arrived, we were shown to the Cottage. We fell in love with it as we walked through the door. Was very clean and well kept, with everything we needed. The absolute perfect place to relax. no road noise, no other people. We brought all our food needs, as we knew there are limited eating option...
