We had 6 adults in Room 14 (3 bedroom) on the 4th floor for 3 nights, fantastic views, 2 balconies. Thoroughly enjoyed it from the friendly fast check-in until departure. Nothing was any trouble for Phil & Marg who obviously enjoy what there doing with smiles all round :). Freshly painted & tastefully furnished. Spa/pool was a hit, bus outside... More

Phil and Marg are great hosts, polite and extremely helpful and this is the reason my country family are heading back to Casablanca Palms again this year. Love the place. Stayed in the top floor great views, plenty of room walking distance surf club where they really look after you like a local and to tullabudgera creek which is patroled... More

Casablanca Palms is a few meters from the beach. The unit we had was renovated, and very modern. We had three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two single beds. We asked for a cot for our three year old, and that was arranged for a very small fee. The main bedroom which has a sliding door that... More

Had my whole family stay in the 3 bedroom penthouse, my dad, sister, her partner and their 6 month old, my husband, 3 year old, 3 month old and myself. We never felt crowded as there was plenty of space. Fantastic location, theme park bus stop just across the road. Very quiet place with super friendly staff that were willing... More

Superbly located on beachfront. Choice of two building prino and very quiet. Back building okay some road noise in back units. Spotless pool and great little half court tennis. Margaret and Phil very helpful, nice people.

Nice position, will come back. Only problem that the check in is 2.00pm and checkout is 10.00pm - not even 24 hours. That is not good. Love the sound of the ocean. The ambience is great. Very close to great Thai food.

We stayed there in the apartment 22 and were quite disappointed with the facilities and the service. The apartment was full of old, shappy, dirty furniture. Had an impression that the owner just put together all the useless things (like old fishing rods, lamps, pictures, books, shelves, surfing boards, paddlers) she had in her garage and put them as decoration... After a last minute decision to stay at Gold Coast we booked here. When initial phone call is so friendly, you are greeted so warmly at front door, it is a great start to a wonderful, relaxing beachside break. The rooms are spacious and although on highway very quiet. Self contained apartment with all you need, amazing view and the... More

Here with family group again. Margaret & Phil have everything set up for our family using 3 apartments. Right on beachside. Great walks. Apartments could do with Air Con/Heat Pumps in some of bedrooms.
