Loved my stay at tzante 30-6th sept. Staff lovely rooms are great. The pool side bar has a big food menu from pizza to wraps to breakfast to burgers so it’s great if you don’t want to go out everyday for food. The pool is lovely the beds were cleaned and disinfected everyday. They also disinfected our luggage on arrival. There’s a wee shop attached to the hotel where you can get a good variety of basics. The staff were unbelievably good warm and welcoming!! Would definitely go back. There is also a €80pp charge on arrival for WiFi tv fridge and aircon which wasn’t bad but was deffo needed. The strip is literally outside your Hotel but There really wasn’t much noise you could hear which was fab. 5/5 would recommend for small groups of friends.

We had an amazing stay at this family run hotel and was made so welcome by all the staff here - very friendly & the hospitality was outstanding!! 🤩❤️
This hotel has everything from a well stocked good priced supermarket to a beautiful pool area & bar with a huge selection of drinks where we met the friendliest barman called Dimitris and the bar food was delicious 😋
The hotel also has a night club and the bar staff there were great too.
The rooms were absolute top quality with very comfortable beds - we upgraded to a superior room that was stunning and well sound proofed from the noise of the strip if you need to get your head down for a few hours 💤💤
On waking we had a great selection of food at breakfast to choose from which again was delicious 👍
We’re aiming to book here again as we’ve had such a great time!!!
Top marks for this hotel and I’d highly recommend staying here, it’s in a prime location in the heart of Laganas with everything the strip has to offer and also very close to the beach.

The hotel was recommended to us and it was a great all round experience. The rooms were very clean and have air con which is essential in the heat and the room facilities are kept clean aswell. The family who run the hotel are also very nice and will ensure you are looked after during your stay. The staff who work behind the bar and serve customers are also extremely helpful and always have time to speak to customers and people staying at the hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location for any holiday experience you want as it is close to the main laganas bars/nightclubs and also very close to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk and had many nice restaurants.
All round great experience and would definitely stay here again.

To begin with the positives, the location is right on the strip and the pool area is spotless, with gorgeous snacks and drinks available. However, the extra 80 euro per person charge for basic necessities such as air con and a (faulty) safe is egregious! Even the staff member on the till agreed this was expensive. Also, only one room key is given per room which is totally inconvenient. The room was simply not what was advertised or paid for, with the shower being a health hazard due to the flimsy curtain repeatedly falling down and the shower being a hand held one. Our rooms only got cleaned once despite us being there for 5 days and even then, was a substandard effort. The hotel also lacks security which is a massive deal considering the hotel is popular amongst teenagers away on their first holiday. Massive disappointment! Not worth the price tag.

Booking a Room Only means that no other amenities will be included in the room rate. The Tour Operator you had made your reservation with refers on the website that you book a Room Only, with no breakfast and no amenities included. We are sorry that you did not get informed directly from the company you have booked with, but we are a third party to your agreement. The Hotel is Adults-Only and security is available 24/7 if he is needed or not. Any other issue would be shortly solved if our front office was informed. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly woman on the front desk. she told us that we had to pay an additional €80 for a safe, air-conditioning unit and breakfast, which cost us €8 a day which was average at best. The pool area is modern and nice but the prices of drinks and snacks are very expensive. This made us go to the local shops and restaurants which are a lot cheaper. The best restaurants nearby the hotel were Eat Greek just a
30 second walk down towards the beach and Paradiso restaurant which is located on the right at the end of the strip on the beach front. The staff on desk during the day are very helpful with any queries and were also able to exchange British Pounds for Euros. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and welcoming and would always bring our drinks and food out to us on our sunbeds and the pool. The hotel did seem to have a no ball games policy as we witnessed staff confiscate balls from people in the pool, which seemed a little excessive as they never troubled anyone around the pool. The rooms are bang average unless you get a “luxury room” as ours had a tv with no tv remote, no fridge or safe included in the price. The main manager during the evening/night shift was extremely difficult, he would often follow us around the hotel along the corridors to see where we were going and often came into our rooms to say that they had apparently received noise complaints. Being an adult only hotel in the heart of the strip I think it’s very unlikely they nosier complaints were made as we only had a couple of drinks on the balcony before making our way to the bars. On one occasion we were accused of taking videos of the night shift manager and he said he didn’t want to check their camera roll which we laughed at and walked away from. On our first 2 days our room wasn’t cleaned and when it was we just had sand swept into the corners of the room. Our shower was broken for the whole holiday too. If you are just looking for a hotel within a few minutes walk of the beach and clubs then this is a good place however if you’re looking for something on the nicer side to spend your time at I’d suggest another hotel.

Tzante was a great hotel which me and my three friends had a great time at. Excellent location! The poor bar staff were AMAZING and catered to all our needs. However when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay a lot extra for: air conditioning, wifi, TV and the safe which usually come with the price of the room. This was alot extra not a little bit so we were abit annoyed. The bathroom was fine but had a drainage issue and therefore flooded the bathroom every time you took a shower, this was an issue for other rooms aswell as ours. Other than the small issues I would recommend the hotel!!

My first holiday with my friends, upon arrival at reception myself and all my friends were charged 75 euros each for air conditioning, WIFI and a safe resulting in an additional cost of 450 euros before we even unpacked our bags, the safe didn't even work!!! When taking a shower you had to hold the shower head above your head with your hands as the holder for the shower was broken. The towels in the rooms were never changed or the room cleaned. This hotel has between a 3 & 4 star rating which is an absolute joke should at most be a rating of 2 star and that's being generous.

This family owned and run hotel goes the extra mile to take care of their guests. In Laganas, you want:
a central location, steps from the sea, a nice pool to cool off, clean spacious and comfortable rooms, AC that works perfectly, large modern bathrooms, waterfall shower and handheld, daily cleaning, fresh towels,a nice balcony, a quiet room in the back, great buffet served breakfast, pool bar, helpful and friendly staff…. and a fantastic rate! Dennis, Mom and sister were 😍as well as Kristy and the rest!

The atmosphere of the place is unengaging, the interior is simplified but still modern. The staff was amiable and always responsive to questions and requests. Moreover, I am quite satisfied by the convenient access to the hotel and its rooms - cards and simple electronic management of the locking and room's facilities.

Stayed in this great place for one week in the middle of July.
First that I wish to say,is this hotel is operated by a kind family who does anything to make our stay there as best is possible.
Always with a smile,ready to offer any help or useful information about activities,interesting places,restaurants that you must visit at this great island.
Every day we were late for a breakfast,and they are was always awaiting for us!
Just by the way,breakfast was great,with vary of stuff,not just eggs with toast like in most other hotels,the only thing I would wishes, is some more kinds of tea.
The hotel is clean and well made,even the WC's at pool bar is shining,the rooms is fully renovated and comfortable,bath is just great.
Outside you will found a beautiful pool with bar near of it and comfortable new sunbeds.
Wishes to stay more but we were need back to work..

hi, I went in august 2023 and there was no entertainment at the hotel however it is directly on the Laganas strip which is full of night clubs and bars
