Most of the accommodation is away from the main building. The rooms are like bedsits in separate buildings which is better as less noise than you would experience in hotel corridors. Food was good and staff very pleasant. In particular have to mention Yorgois and Georgia in the pool bar. If there was a negative toiletries provided weren't quite up to par.also we had same cups and glasses for 10 days. They were only rinsed and left to drain in bathroom. On a positive note any hotels we have stayed in previous years we found if we were too late for the food it was too bad. In this hotel we were left a substantial cold plate of food in the fridge plus fruit and water. Would definitely stay here again.

If your are planning to stay in this hotel I suggest you don’t. We got told we was in the beach hotel to find out that there wasn’t enough room the first night so had to sleep in the palace hotel then move our stuff which is just impractical. He staff in the beach hotel are rude ignorant except for the night receptionist. The staff in the day bring there children to work and they sit on reception are constantly on the phone and don’t care what you have to say and just stare at you. The cleaning staff are awful you tell them to leave if you don’t want your room cleaned and they will keep coming back and back. The food is awful we were all inclusive and haven’t ate in the hotel as it is vile poor selection and looks unappealing. The staff in the restaurant are useless and don’t clean your table or help in anyway but rather stand and stare and laugh about guests. The beds are uncomfortable. The pool is unsafe and tiles are sharp and cut skin easily.

Beautiful hotel, great location and kept clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that lets it down is the food. No variety, very bland and repetitive. Nothing traditionally Greek. Vegetables either over or undercooked, meat was pork and chicken every day in some kind of sauce. I actually felt sorry for the chefs it seems they’ve lost the love of cooking. Hotel guests were mainly Russian, with a couple of English and Greek families. I would stay in the hotel again, but not on all inclusive.

Beautiful location with the hotel straight on to the beach with stunning views. Very welcoming and attentive staff, dated decor but spotlessly clean rooms and cleaned daily. Plenty of choice on all inclusive food and the restaurant has a great view of pool and sea. Authentic Greek night on Sunday, relaxing and family friendly although all ages fit well. Beautiful restaurants along the beach not to close to the strip but 5-10min walk if you wanted the livelier night life. Best of both worlds would definitely visit again.

The pros: the hotel is near the city, almost 10 minutes by car, it is also near to the main road of laganas where are all the bars, clubs, restaurants etc. It is also right on the amazing sandy beach of laganas. It has a big pool for adults and also one smaller for children. The stuff of the hotel is very polite and the breakfast offers a variety of foods. The cons: the hotel is old and the rooms need to be redecorated asap. The wifi of the hotel is extra charged and i think that this is outrageous. I also think that it is overpriced for what it offers. I'd give it 6/10
