Excellent ocean views ,We got what we paid for. The staff immediately took care of our luggage and guided us to the room. The room was very clean with lots of space and great views. The Night Entertainment was good as the covid situation. Nice fire show made by Fati .The visit made us feel special and well-treated throughout. Hopefully we will come back next year.
Just arrived back from the Poseidon hotel I went then last month due to turkey holiday cancelled I had such a great time and enjoyed it that much I booked and had a week last week too. The hotel is spotless the food excellent. The staff are second to none they happy and make u so welcome will deff b going back so. Great place to go and great value for money x
Great location, helpful staff. It’s on the beach, nice views , service was good, it was very clean and food was good . Masks and gloves were used in the restaurant. Overall was good a hotel and have recommended to family and friends.
The food was mediocre coffee had a bad aftertaste and the omelette was inedible. The staff seemed overwhelmed during what appeared to be a very busy time in mid August 2021. The room looked nothing like the reservation which promised a partial water view with a double bed. Instead we received a room facing a parking lot with four twin beds. The room was far from clean with sand everywhere, stained bed sheets, and dirty old towels. Is this what I should expecting out of a 3 star hotel? To top it all off, when we asked to get another room, we were told there’s nothing they could do and that we should stop by the front desk. When the guest is inconvenienced, the staff is the one who is supposed to make the house call and notify the guest of any room changes.
The location of this hotel was perfect for us as the hotel opened up on to the beach and seemed to be in a quiet corner of Laganas, our room overlooked the pool and entertainment area which was also great but it was in need of refurbishment (It looked like this was the only block which hadn’t be refurbished so I assume this could happen over the coming winter) The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was kept clean by the hard working cleaning staff, our room was made up every day with plenty of clean towels and the beds were pretty comfortable. The buffet restaurant had a reasonable selection of food for the size of the hotel and I have to say it was all very tasty but people with an English pallet may struggle as it’s more of a traditional Greek theme. The all inclusive drinks were the same as anywhere else but I felt that it had the smallest choice I’ve had from any hotel I’ve stayed in before and no option to upgrade to premium brands. A couple of niggles Not enough sun beds, by 7am they were pretty much all reserved except the ones on the beach which cost 6€ a day but even these were taken up by 8. No where to get a hot drink tea/coffee when the restaurant and pool snack bar are closed. Which was 6 to 7pm and 9pm through to 8am. All in all not a bad hotel and would return if renovations have been completed throughout. Great cocktails in the Navagio bar about 100mts away and would highly recommend the Panos restaurant.…
