I doubt it will have closed down. It's a family owned hotel - maybe they have shut for the winter season and still negotiating with Thomas Cook regarding rates for next summer? They don't respond to emails and have noticed they don't reply to any trip advisor feedback whether positive or negative which I find a bit bizarre
