Detailed Reviews
It's the little things that make a huge difference. The powerful hairdryer, daily change of towels, immaculately decorated rooms and balcony areas with stainless steel strip to the step. No dangling cables or cracked tiles like lots of places. Zaphyros has been bestowed with love by all who care for her. Our room was beautifully decorated complete with a chandalier!
Perhaps another few coathangers would be nice in the rooms?
All the staff were lovely, including the beautiful cats!
Thank you for looking after us. We are missing you already. xx

I think this is quite possibly the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at! We saw a team of people cleaning almost everything, every single morning, and our room was serviced daily, with fresh towels provided. The whole place was absolutely spotless!
Rooms have everything you need including a fridge, free toiletries and a hairdryer. If there was anything missing, I would say an airer to dry towels and swimwear would have been useful, but other than that, the provision was perfect.
The hotel is ideally located, close enough to the beach and restaurants to be easily walkable (5-10 minutes) but far enough back from the main strip to be peaceful. There is a supermarket which is a 2 minute walk away.
Breakfast is included and there is a wide selection of food available, including pancakes, pastries, Greek salad, cereals, and bacon, eggs etc. There is also a proper coffee machine
The pool bar serves drinks and snacks until 10pm, and in the daytime offers lunches such as pizza, pasta, fries and baked feta. The ladies (Jenny and Graciela) who run the pool bar are fantastic; really friendly and efficient.
If you want to sit on the beach be sure to check out the price of sunbeds at a variety of places. Sunbeds are offered free by the beach front restaurants, subject to a minimum spend, but this seemed to vary wildly, between 15 and 50 euros!
You can get the public bus to Thira for 2 euros per person if you want to have a look around there, and the bus stop is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It us very busy there due to the volume of cruise ship passengers, but worth a trip!

We have just got back from an amazing week in Santorini for my brother's wedding.
8 of us stayed at Zephyros Hotel. I had a double room . The room was spotlessly clean (as was the rest of the hotel), thanks to my lovely housekeeper Lidia. Clean towels everyday. The airconned room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The room had a fridge which was really handy and a kettle. There was also a TV although didn't switch it on and a hairdryer. The bed was really comfortable.
The pool and surrounding area was great, nice little bar where you could grab some lunch and a cold drink. Jenny who served at the bar was lovely.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast; cereals, bread, cake, fruit, yoghurt, greek salad, meats, cheeses, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausages and delicious omelettes that were cooked to order.
Sofia, Keriun & Giannis on reception were always there to help. Polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They soon got to know us all (as the the wedding party 😄)
On our last day we had to check out by 11am but could still use all the facilities until we left. We had an evening flight so Sofia provided us with shower gel etc and towels and gave us access to a showering and changing area so we could still enjoy our final day to the max 😀
The hotel is in a ideal location just a 5 minute walk from a supermarket and 10 minute walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. There is a really good bus service (airconned coaches) that you can use your get to other parts of the island. (Much cheaper than taxi)
This hotel is worthy of 4 stars. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We have just returned from this hotel our stay from 18-25 May 22
Cannot praise this hotel enough.
Absolutely spotless everywhere, rooms newly decorated, nice decor, furniture, and especially the shower. Stone effect, in general a pretty room. Beds were comfortable. We had a pool and sea view with balcony so this was very pleasant.
Hotel staff were very helpful on arrival and were always on hand to help if you had any problems.
Don’t listen to other peoples complaints about the breakfast. Always fresh and plenty of choice including omelettes made on request etc.
A shower room was made available to us as we had a late flight free of charge.
We tended to go to the beach most days which was about a 10 min walk. The pool area is lovely and has beautiful palm trees surrounding it. Yes, it was cold but this was due to time of year, and the hot tub was an added bonus.
We didn’t use the bar as ate out, Kamari I believe has 104 restaurants and bars which are so nearby, and you have so much choice there. The prices are the same really if you do want to drink and eat at the bar. Not open at night but this was not a problem to us.
On the whole a lovely, special hotel. Thank you to all your lovely staff for an amazing holiday experience in Santorini. We will be back!!

It is very difficult to add to the superlatives that have already been written, however I will try. We stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of July. The first things that strike you is the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of all the staff. We were with Jet 2 from Manchester, flight Saturday afternoon. A word of caution, this flight is always one hour plus late leaving. Arriving after midnight is never ideal but we were greeted as you would expect whatever the time. Our room over looking the road to the side of the hotel, was as described on the website, it was spotless. Breakfast on the first day set the tone, we had so much choice. We had a full breakfast and then didn’t need to eat until the evening. Nothing is too much trouble for the kitchen staff, ask, if they have it you will get it quickly with a smile thrown in. The staff, kitchen, cleaners, reception, pool bar, maintenance, are very conscientious, hard working and extremely polite and helpful. The tone is set by the owners who are very approachable.
We couldn’t have asked for more from the hotel, we had a fabulous holiday. The hotel is very close to the beach and all the Kamari restaurants. Five minute walk gets you to the bus stop for a direct bus to Fira. Several supermarkets close by, the nearest being 2 minutes, it is Carrefour, they open 7 days a week, restricted Sunday hours. All rooms at the hotel have a fridge, so you can stock up on drinks etc. The pool bar at the hotel is run by two fantastic ladies who, again, epitomise the demeanour and can do attitude of all the staff. The pool bar serves a limited menu, all well cooked and presented throughout the day.
My minor gripe, and this is not aimed at the hotel or its staff, it is aimed at the moronic, normally British holidaymakers who think it is alright to block off sun beds. It isn’t. At this hotel if people behave normally and show some respect for their fellow holidaymakers there would be no issues getting a place by the pool. The hotel have introduced a policy of unattended towels, for any period over one hour, being removed. They are loath to do this, please do not put them in this position, it is not clever and not needed.
To the management of the hotel, treasure your staff, they are your best asset. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

We had a week in mid- October at this smallish (approximately 45 room) hotel, just prior to it's closure for the winter.
It is a family run hotel, and all the staff we encountered were friendly, pleasant and helpful.
The rooms were beautifully kept, well appointed and the whole place was kept spotlessly clean.
Breakfast choices (hot or cold) were good ( including fresh eggs cooked to your choice) and you could eat inside or out . The breakfast room was clean, but would benefit from a fresh coat of paint during the closed season.
The pool and hot tub area was not overlarge, and you needed to move around to get the sun all day. Many of the rooms did not get direct sunlight on their balconies, either. However it is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, where many of the bars/restaurants provide free sun loungers to customers. The main street of Kamari is also a short walk away so the location is good.
If I could have given 4.5 out of 5 I would have, as anyone looking for a reasonably priced boutique style hotel would be advised to consider Zephyros.

Great staff on arrival and very helpful. Here for a week for my sons wedding and couldn’t have found a better base to stay. Rooms and all areas are very clean and have everything you need, air-con, comfy bed, tea/coffee facilities, balcony and a bonus is the fridge, air dryer, and if you watch it a tv !!
Spacious storage and plenty of hangers. They leave bottle water and shampoo too so a great touch from an advertised 3*, it should have least a 4* rating. The breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choice from, cereals, fruit, olives, juice, coffee & tea, eggs, bacon, omelette, salad, sausages, cakes, jams etc, enough to feed an army.
Pool area is great with hot tubs & jacuzzi’s dotted around not just in the pool area. A fantastic massage chair which I fell asleep in. Shops, restaurants and beach are all within 5 min walk without big hills and quite decent roads.
Overall I shouldn’t praise it anymore because I might not be able to book again once you lot have read this.
Summing up, a hidden gem and would definitely book again, and please show this to the hotel as they’ve got everything right and couldn’t ask for more.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic weeks stay at this hotel. We were met on arrival late at night by lovely Sophia on reception and taken to our beautiful room which was a very spacious Superior room overlooking the pool. Modern bathroom and lots of storage in the nicely decorated bedroom.
All the staff were very friendly and hardworking. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding and the kitchen staff also did an amazing job every day. Lots of choice for breakfast along with fresh omelettes cooked to order. The pool area is extremely clean and there was an added bonus of a lovely hot tub. Pool towels are provided by reception and the pool bar was run very efficiently by a lovely lady. Lots of snacks and drink options available at reasonable prices.
Finally, a special word about Sophia on reception who really is the hotels greatest asset. She always had a ready smile whenever she saw us and answered any questions we had for her. She was especially helpful when arranging our airport transfer and instantly made us feel welcome on our arrival.
We would not hesitate to return and look forward to doing so again soon.

Visited Santorini with my twin sister for a 5 day break. Gorgeous little hotel surrounded by the most beautiful pink foliage. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were left in sculptural forms for effect. Staff were very friendly especially the bar ladies. Breakfasts were continental and were always very quiet. 10 min walk down to the beach front from the hotel and bus stops 5 mins away. Definitely more of an adult hotel. Would recommend and revisit if I ever came back. Stunning 🤩

Excellent hotel in Kamari, Santorini. Great location a short walk from beach. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Facilities are excellent - pool area is great, hot tub, sun beds are all fab, as is breakfast. Room has modern bathroom, very comfy beds and quiet and effective air conditioning. If you are renting a car there is free parking very close. Cannot recommend highly enough.

no. but i think you can get an iron from reception.
During my time in Melbourne, I didn't find and house music clubs, even though I do believe that their is a few.
Yes the hotel has partnership with beach bar where you can use the facilities and lounges on the beach free of charge. Staff at both hotel and beach bar were lovely.
