I have stayed in many hotels in Europe and this is amongst my favourites. Good service started from when we alighted from the transfer bus from the airport - someone was ready to help us bring our cases in - and contInued until check out. The service and ambience in the restaurant was great - sometimes hotel restaurant's can feel...

We visited at the end of October, the tour company didn't tell us the resort would be more or less closed,by the second day the only places open were a tiny spar like shop,a souvenir shop, perfume shop,a Chinese restaurant and 2 local bars, one opisite the hotel and one on the marina,it was very quiet and if I'd known this I would...

We visited this wonderful hotel mid October, and found the hotel and resort to be closing for the Season. This, however, did not stop us enjoying a fabulous time. The buffet was well stocked with a good choice to suit even the most fussy of eaters. The staff were courteous at all times, rooms cleaned spotlessly, and plenty of sunbeds...

Revisited this hotel a few weeks ago and once again it was a fantastic holiday. The staff are really friendly, the service good and the accommodation lovely. The best features are the entertainment and the food. Also a nice touch was the lady who visited us each evening with chocolate !!! The only negative was that we were next to...

We visited at the end of September, so it wasn't too busy. The Valentin is an adults only, very comfortable hotel with superb staff. When we arrived I wasn't too sure about the location, but once inside we found it delightful. The food was excellent too. The pool was a good size and my husband managed to get a good...

The best thing about this hotel is the food. It was also nice and quiet☺ Was just a bit disappointed with the rather hit and miss sporting activities on offer. There was supposed to be volleyball in the pool nearly every day but there seemed a bit of apathy towards it from the staff. I know it was end of...

Nice hotel with the vast majority of staff extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the comfy chairs on the terrace overlooking the pool area and the fact that there were plenty of places for a quiet read. Entertainment was excellent in the evenings, (as were the extremely hard working bar staff) and friendly staff encouraged participation in the daytime activities. The...

We were advised of the quality of this restaurant by our travel agents. We followed this up by studying Trip Advisor. From the moment we entered reception we were made to feel right at home. We were given iced towels and iced water on our arrival. We had a junior suite based on the ground floor with a pool view,...

Lovely hotel , spotless , friendly staff, great food , we took my parents one of whom is in a wheelchair and the facilities to get around were great. I wouldn't go at this time of year again as the resort its self is closing down but will definitely go back as its so pretty and welcoming.

We went to Minorca several years ago, and that time we had a Villa with a car in Binibeca. We "Did" the Island and were disappointed that a lot of the restaurants were closed down for the end of the season. This time we only went for a week, didn't bother hiring a car (as we had been there done...
