We had a brilliant week at the Sheraton Fuerteventura. Really short flight from London and quick 20 minute transfer from the airport. We had a ground floor junior suite with a sea view which was perfect with our 1 year old. Lots of space both indoors and on our private terrace which had a good mix of sunshine and shade. Our son loved the huge bath tub! The staff here were brilliant- especially the restaurant team. Manuel and his team made breakfast and dinner really fun and enjoyable - great when you have a little one to try and entertain! The receptionist on check in wasn’t particularly welcoming and didn’t really tell us much about activities or where anything was etc- I do think this needs a little improvement. The swimming pools were great- lots of space. They were quite cold at this time of year despite being heated so a bit difficult to swim with our little one. There is an indoor pool but under 3’s can’t use it which we were not aware of when booking. This didn’t really matter too much though as we loved spending time on the beach which was right in front of the hotel. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss and I would say we only felt there was one day where the room was serviced properly. Amenities weren’t replaced and we kept having to ask for them to be replenished. Common areas always felt very clean and Covid safe. Overall a lovely stay and would visit again.…
This is my second stay and I booked a third - it is THAT good! On my first arrival I was warmly greeted by Aneta and she was so kind and everyone was so friendly - I arrived early in the morning and requested early check-in. Not only did they have my room ready - as a Marriott Gold member, I was giving a LOVELY upgrade to a junior suite (#341) and had the most beautiful panoramic views of the beach. There is a 6km boardwalk and very clean beach right outside the hotel. I really enjoyed how quiet it was at the hotel - it had a unique atmosphere of likeminded quests who were on holiday to relax. I want to make note that the hotel is also kid friendly too. The hotel is in great proximity to the airport, the staff are extremely friendly. Anabel and Tom are experts in public relations and not detail is too much - they go out of their way to assist you with accommodations. I rented a bike and they happily stored it for me overnight. Fuerteventura will be a routine trip for me and the Sheraton will always be on the itinerary. Warm regards, enjoy your stay!…
We enjoyed a 7 night holiday here after experiencing 3 bereavements this year - this hotel proved to be a real benefit to us both in resting, relaxing and recuperating. Excellent level of service from all staff, friendly and welcoming, very good buffet breakfast and dinner available. Lovely food in the Mediterranean restaurant and need for improved menu in Wok and Zen - although enjoyed the vegetarian sushi. Very clean and felt covid safe. Beautiful beaches outside the hotel and heated swimming pools wonderful. Very well maintained pool area and grounds - we look forward to returning. A big thank you to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
I stayed for a 2 night stopover and was very pleasantly surprised. The resort is very well managed and felt truly appreciated as a higher tier elite member. Guest services were extremely proactive. They truly went the extra mile here but also delivered great service across the board. Breakfast is top notch (I don't think I had ever experienced that short some St Regis and similar properties). Just overheard one of the waiters reporting that he has been with the resort for 17 years. I truly shows. Kudos to this resort. I didn't expect so but I will be back when there's a chance!
Well this hotel didnt disappoint - staff friendly and couldnt be more helpful, rooms are clean and very large. Pool area kept immaculate - indoor gym etc well equipped. Great location - overall 100% - not a single negative
