This hotel is so unwelcoming. It is a bland block of concrete, no greenery, no ambiance at all, more like a cell block. The pool is freezing and dirty, not cleaned once while we were there. Food is dire, luke warm, tasteless and pretty dismal., cockroaches spotted devouring the bread rolls. Drinks are a waste of time, flavoured syrups and their own version of popular spirits. The staff look miserable am not surprised spending every day in such a grim place. Please dont bother, much nicer, cleaner, ambiant, pleasant places in Caleta to stay.

The rooms are very spacious, and although it had a kitchen it was sparsely equipped, ours had a saucepan and a colander, 2 plates and 2 sets of cutlery plus an electric kettle. The cleaning of the room wasn’t great, with the bin not being emptied daily. They do provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap and shower gel, and the hairdryer was decent as well. Pool towels are €10 cask deposit returned when you take the towel back. We were fully inclusive but due to the poor quality and lack of choice we ate out most evenings. Unless you eat early when the food is first put out it will be luke warm and dried out. Although the fruit selection was good. The bar area is only open in the evenings and lacks atmosphere with the seating weirdly laid out with all chairs/ tables facing the bar, the majority of the time we were there, there was only one member of staff behind the bar, all ran smoothly when Sang was on duty a happy jolly person that knew how to serve a drink, other staff seemed to have come from the kitchen. Overall we found the staff to be abrupt and unhelpful, but first prize for being rude, arrogant and miserable goes to the lady behind the pool bar who can’t get a name mention as she didn’t wear a name badge! the entertainment area was like a conference room and like the bar lacked atmosphere. If considering staying here I would recommend B&B or room only, food and drink in the nearby cafes are very reasonably priced. This hotel is also on a busy flight path

The hotel is very nice and in a good location on the beach. The rooms are very big and have the benefit of english channels on the TV. The pool is OK, it is one depth everywhere at 1.45m. The only thing that let it down for us was the food, it was always bland and overcooked. The desserts were the same every day. With the exception of the reception staff they are all miserable and unfriendly. The service at the bars is extremely slow.

Just got back from a 4 night stay with breakfast in a sea view junior suite, room was spacious and comfortable, nice living space with tv and balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers and great view Good sized bedroom and the bed was huge, the pillows weren’t for me but I am really fussy ! Good sized wardrobe with a free safe! Tv with English channels Nice bathroom with power shower and bath , separate toilet and bidet Fresh towels everyday Nice kitchen which we didn’t use , full sized fridge freezer, kettle etc You do need to bring everything from cloths washing up liquid as nothing provided but that was fine for us Cleaners came in everyday and made a good job. Breakfast was ok and good coffee. We had a lovely time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend Thank you Eurostars

Very good value mini break bed and breakfast in junior suite. Room was exceptionally laid out however kitchen items were sparse so don't think you could cook much however we ate out every night so that wasn't an issue. Pool area had plenty of beds however music a bit loud so went to the beach right outside. Great choice of food at breakfast and staff very nice. Would definitely stay again

We have visited the resort a number of times and used different hotels everytime. After checking in we found our suite and was pleasantly surprised how big the suite was. Large lounge and equally large bedroom both with large TV's which had access to UK TV channels and we even had a kitchen with all the usual fasilities. We arrived late in the evening and was told that eventhough the kitchen was close there was food in the dining area. Overall food was fine with plenty of choice so we never went hungry. There are two pools at the hotel and we found it easier to get beds around the small poor but as at most hotels people are out early to get the towels on the beds. During the day drinks are available at the pool bar along with snacks and a bar is then opened in he evening which can be found near the reception. It would have been nice to have this bar open during the day to enable you to get a drink in a glass as drinks served at the bar are only served in paper cups. It looked like there was also a bar at the front of the hotel but this never opened and again would have been a nice option had it been open. During the first two days of our stay the islands had storms which was a first for us so we stayed in the hotel in the evening to watch the hotel entertainment and I can't say we where overly impresed. Overall our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one.

Location is fabulous, right on the beach, in an area not too over-developed, overlooking the bay. Cannot say much about the prices or the lunch / dinner, as I didn't use those services. We were there for two weeks and had breakfast every day. Parking was always available. Breakfast has plenty of choices and more... although the coffee machines could be improved (sometimes there was a queue). Staff was always really lovely and happy to help. As for the rooms, they are very large, perhaps some of them feel a bit dark, but I love the use of pocket doors in this place. Having a door to the main bedroom really makes a difference on the amount of noise pollution you get, which is an extra bonus for light sleepers!! Kitchen area was a bit of a disappointment, as there was not really many tools to cook with and if you wanted to get some washing liquid to clean your dishes, you had to pay for it... Never tried the pool and the WIFI was at best shaky (every evening, we had to give reception a call to ask for someone to check on the router... as it had dropped).

The rooms are excellent very spacious. But unfortunately the food is a lot to be desired. Pool bar food is basic burger and hotdogs but is stone cold. Dried up sandwich is the alternative. Dinner in restaurant is passable if you go at 6.30 when it opens but turn up at 8pm and it's just Dried up leftovers which is pretty rubbish considering it's open till 9. Definitely would not recommend all inclusive total waste of money as you end up eating out as food so rubbish. Room only option is best choice

We are just back from 1 week All Inc here. Good points : Friendly staff 10/10 - massive shout out to the evening bar man and the woman who done DJ and Bingo they were both super kind. Also Lara on reception my daughter liked her and wanted to learn some Spanish from her. Perfect beach front location 10/10 Spacious bedrooms with own little kitchen It DID have entertainment in the evenings (despite others saying non at all) - karaoke and bingo night was our fav. Food was good. Breakfast always good and options for everyone at other meal times (although we ate out most of the time for evening meals and lunches so I would consider b&b next time for us) Could Improve on: Pool bar - sometimes no music playing ( I played my own on my phone in this case - not an issue just added to atmosphere when the tunes were on) One person on bars each day/night- could ideally have 2 servers on each. Could have some form of entertainment by the pool during the day. So in my honest opinion I’d defo go back here and I would recommend tbh. Some previous reviews left me worried before going but I’m so glad we did. The place isn’t anywhere near as bad as some have made out. In fact we had the best time and the hotel itself was great. I can say there was renovations happening to one of the pool areas and also stairs etc so I do believe this hotel could potentially be one of the bests going forward especially with the location and the fact they are working on improving areas is really great to see. I’d say give this hotel a go. Don’t be put off by negatives and enjoy your holiday. ☀️ ☀️

We decided to stay in this area because we new it was more popular with the Spanish, German, and Dutch. I say this because we were not looking for Blackpool with sun. The hotel was ideal for our stay, the room was clean and spacious. We stayed bed and breakfast, which I would recommend. The pool was nice, but swam most often in the sea. Everyone working at the hotel were very helpful.
