Apartment 7 was really dirty and bathroom had a fair bit of mould. Very hot as no aircon. Plastic teaspoons, filthy lounge cushion, dusty, marks all over microwave and fridge. I don't expect the Ritz for the price, but I do expect a clean apartment. I was moved to room 6 when lost power, which was cleaner and more airy...

We stayed here for Blues on Broadbeach event. The convenience of this unit was superb. We have simple needs, and this unit met them - large bed, kitchen (with cooking utensils and large fridge) couch, telly and a dining table and outdoor table and chairs. I would be slightly concerned staying there in the summer, as there was no air-conditioning....

This apartment was shocking. No air conditioning, pool dirty, no security screens. No hair dryer or lifts. Good position, but that's the only thing going for it. Had carry luggage up 3 flights of steep stairs. Needs demolishing. Do not stay here.

Located conveniently close to the wonderful beach and a very short walk away from the Oasis shopping Centre, Broadbeach Central Holiday Units are indeed central. They are close to public transport, and supply off street underground parking. I stayed in Unit 10 which was roomy with a full kitchen, microwave, full sized refrigerator, full laundry, but dated furniture toilet and...

The apartment was very run down and could do with a really good renovation. The bedspread in my room was dreadful with brown stains on the inside. The door to the laundry had been removed. The crockery was a mishmash of plates, glasses etc. The kitchen table was covered in something that was sticky and the couch was full of...

The Broadbeach Central Holiday Units qualified for the three C's - cleanliness, comfort and condition. I had a family-sized unit with a bathroom, shower ensuite, and a couple of lavatories. All were spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable. There was a full-sized frig, an electric stove, microwave, and all the utensils and crockery/glass needed for a family in the...

This is what we got for our $170 per night: dripping shower taps, water damaged cabinet, rodent poo in bathroom cabinet drawer, cracked shower screen, exhaust fan falls out of ceiling, cockroaches on my bed and in kitchen, no lights in the bedrooms only a lamp (that did not work at 4am when I had to get up to leave...

Rooms are big and reasonably clean, hosts are friendly ,location is good, secure parking. Apartments could do with a makeover, no air con or wi-fi, klunky fans, dodgy plumbing, bed was ok but only 2 pillows. All in all it was reasonable value for a solo business trip but I would stay elsewhere with when travelling with wifey
