I will not go back to this hotel .every night at 10 45 a group stats singing outside till midnight .There is no way to evoke this din.The breakfast is cold and unappealing .Pool area nice but really how can you sleep. If the group was inside it would not be a problem. One to avoid

I rarely write reviews but felt that people do need to know about this hotel. We paid for sea view, unfortunately we got a partial sea view (stick your head around the balcony and you can see it), rather than be honest and do a three price system of Golf Course View, Partial Sea View and Sea View you pay...

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us and for choosing the Almerimar hotel for your holidays. We apologize for the misunderstanding for the sea view, let us be quite clear about this to avoid any confusions. Regard to the breakfast, in the show cooking, the food is freshly cooked at the moment, however your comments have been...

A nice hotel (a little bit old, needing a refresh), with a good swimming pool, excellent food service (breakfast, lunch and dinner were great) and in a very pleasant area: beach is 100 meters, the village is calm in August. Excellent to take your family if that includes small children. Unfortunately some of the personal (mainly in the reception) were...

We have just had a one night stay at the AR Almerimar Hotel. First impressions very good. There was free parking right outside the hotel and loads of other parking available all within the grounds (mostly shaded as well). We arrived ahead of the customary check-in and were greeted most amiably by the Reception staff. The hotel foyer was clean...

This place is rated 4 stars, but I'm not sure which system that's according to because I would have said 3 at the most. The staff are a bit unfriendly, especially one harassed-looking man in reception who always seemed to busy to help you and would only answer questions in rapid-fire Spanish. My Spanish is more than a bit rusty,...

Having booked this hotel approximately 3 months in advance, I was contacted a week prior to arrival and told I could not be accommodated for the full duration of my stay as the hotel would be closed, and I would spend my final night at the Almerimar Golf hotel.

It's not luxury but very nice when you have children. The rooms are simple but who cares when you have the pool, the sea and the desert! The staff are very welcoming and professional. I 've rarely found people so genuinely interested in the guests well being.

Rooms need work for improvement. Excellent staff and external activities, lots of fun and good food. However the hotel is now looking a bit outdated and needs refurbishment. Also we were "unlucky" and our room was too small for 3.
