We had a delicious meal at the pub- simple, satisfying and a generous amount. It was everything you want 'pub grub' to be and the bar staff were polite and helpful. The burgers were fresh and loaded with salad, cheese, onion and beetroot (classic). The chips were fried in clean oil and tasted like hot chips used to from the corner chippie. Very well priced and hits the spot

Stopped by here for a meal. The bar staff (Mandy?) was very friendly and patient with those from out of town. Meal was ok and plenty of food. It is a great place for people watching as the locals use this a lot. There is a pool table too and they also do the stone grill dining option, which is a great experience.

Stopped in for a couple of drinks and some food on a Sunday while staying in Fairlie, Bar was comfortable and the locals said hello. Food looked good coming from the kitchen and everyone was happy with the meals. the chef seems to be pretty good and the meals were all huge, no complaints. Food was a touch expensive but there was not a lot of options as most other places close early.

Stayed here on a number of occasions for business. Rooms are tidy and simple but very homely. Highly recommend the chef margretts chicken burgers or the stonegrill mixed grill. Fabulous service and friendly smiles 😀

We stopped in for a lunch and a game of pool in the afternoon. They did a gluten free grilled fish which was nice and great quality, but seemed a little expensive for what it was compared to other things on the menu. The salad was fresh and tasty too, and heaps of beers to choose from on tap too.
