Employees have an attitude problem. In a country with incredible food, the restaurant here is terrible. We had dinner and breakfast. First, bfkst may be free but its not worth even free. Scrambled eggs made from a mix or in a micro or boil bag. (& cold) Dinner was so bad and overpriced. One of our main course salads was... More

Room was fine, if a little crowed for three people, but it worked well as a one night stop on the TMB and it had a balcony. Food was very disappointing. Had risotto that had some kind of pasta instead of rice ;-( Location is great for the TMB, less convenient if you want to go back into town for... More

We really enjoyed staying here. Food, staff, bar, service all good. Rooms clean and quiet too. The bar has a warm, inviting atmosphere and is a lovely place to sit for a drink and to soak up the alpine atmosphere. Also very handy for the ski lifts. As a hotel, we found it quite pricy per night for two of... More

We spent only one night at La Chemenaz and were very happy with the place. The room is reasonably big and nice with a big flat-TV and we slept very well in the bed. The Bathroom could need a little makeover, but everything was very clean. The restaurant and the staff is really nice and we enjoyed our dinner very... More

The Hotel Chemenaz is ideal for our requirements. It's clean, very comfortable and well run and very close to the ski shop and lifts. This is our fourth year in the same hotel. However our only major complaint was the lack of WiFi!!! In this day and age this should be faultless and as accessible as electricity.

Family owned. Very comfortable hotel. Mid range pricing for rooms and restaurant. One of the better breakfasts of about 10 places we stayed while walking the Tour Mont Blanc. Ate dinner there, again very good mid-range restaurant.

The hotel staff was superb! They were very responsive with every request, and we had a few: information on local activities, light snacks and food, extra towels and an iron for the room, transportation to local places. They came through on every occasion with success. There is a nice, comfortable lobby area which is great for meeting and sitting with... More

We booked this hotel through Macs Adventure when we were walking the TMB and we found it really nice and comfortable. It's located on a side of the city and it seemed that it took forever to find the place since we were walking from Les Houches. However the next day the location proved convenient since it was close to... More

The one good thing about this hotel is that it is right on the route for the TMB, so very convenient. Dinner at their restaurant was actually quite good, with a decent breakfast to boot. However, the room was tired, with a broken shower which made taking a shower somewhat difficult. The icing on the cake was the fact that... More

Unfortunately, without knowing your identity and we have no recollection of your problems, it is difficult to ascertain the legitimacy of your claim. Definitely grateful for the time your spent to give us feedback. Though at this junction, we are confused as to if and when you actually stayed. Mr Gauthier, managing director More
