Awful experience. This hotel is nowhere close to 4 stars, in reality it should be no more than 2 stars. Don’t get fooled by the photos, extremely photoshopped. Broken stuff in the room, including the bed mattress. Bathroom was miserable with broken tiles and furniture and the door was rotten as well. No air conditioning and all double rooms are with a shared balcony, so no privacy at all. The food was good, but if you are not on “all inclusive” you cannot use the restaurants to sit down and order food. As they say they are too busy with the “all inclusive”. The outdoor pool is pretty small in reality compared to what you see in the pictures.

Everything looks pretty, luxurious and idealistic on their website, even on their FB page. This place seems to be Heavenish. The reality is far from that. I and my friends booked a Delux room, expecting what we have seen on the website. We received a depreciated room, with old furniture, uncomfortable bed etc. So-called SPA of theirs is worn out, dirty, unmaintained. The food is not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast and the dinner we attend had a very poor food choice, no Show-cooking, although it is mentioned on their website. The staff doesn't speak English. Overall experience with this hotel is disappointing. Better mind your business elsewhere.

For a hotel that claims to have 4 stars, it was ridiculous that we had to sleep with our clothes on (and hats btw), since the room was cold. The carpets had stains on them, the ceiling looked like there was an issue with the pipes and they never got around to repainting it. The food was terrible, the service - awful. Absolutely no regard to any sanitary restrictions around Covid-19. The pool and the jacuzzi were cold, and the other "amenities" didn't work properly. The TV was the size of an A4 piece of paper. The only good thing about this place was the massage therapist. - If you MUST go to this place, at least get a nice massage.

Literally everything about this hotel was bad. The pool AND the jacuzzi were cold, simply unacceptable for a spa. Spent Fri, Sat and Sun at the hotel so we ate several times at the restaurant, the food was always cold, minimum variety. The "gaming zone" was worn out, nothing really interesting or fun to do. The room interior was fine but as soon as we moved in we reliased that we had a shared balcony with strangers! The cherry on top was the heating system malfunctioning so the entire hotel smelled of smoke (both the lobby and inside the rooms). Do not waste your money or time on this hotel.

We were there for Family long weekend. I booked 3 bedroom apartment which was ok but... If you’re not on all inclusive you cannot eat in the hotel. The staff is not enough for all of the guests in this hotel. We want to eat in 1 of the restourants in the hotel and they said that we can eat after 9pm and we can take if something left from the all inclusive tables... Ridiculous!!! The hotel offer you a shuttle to the nearest town but only on request. The taxi cost 40lv one way it’s too much for 6km distance. The rooms were ok but they not clean it at all! I will never come back there!
