U might visit a place with excellent buildings and amenities but the staff is not very attentive. Or u might visit an average place with excellent staff. This place has the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! Newly built, with great attention to detail both in room and common areas, offering a modern, yet traditional look that offers u tranquility and relaxation. Staff has exceeded my expectations with the barman (Hey Mohsan!!!) offering to set his alarm at 6:00 in the morning to make me a cup of coffee!!! Driver was very careful while attending our needs of transportation and reception staff had always a smile on their face. Extra mention goes to the chef (Andreas u r a star buddy!!) who does what he does with passion!!!! One of the most beautiful hotel suites we have ever visited. A lot of detail in the rooms as well as common areas, forming a relaxing and luxurious environment. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Attention to healthy orientated cousine, especially for breakfast.

This boutique hotel with just 12 rooms/suites is the perfect reprive from the hustle and bustle of the beaches and the main town. Its located a short 15 min drive to town, and while you might think its close to the beach it is not walkable, you must drive. Taxis are very limited and very expensive (min charge is 35 euros regardless of the distance. The hotel provides an amazing service of arranging for a car rental (or 4 wheeler if you are adventurous) and it will be delivered to the hotel. The hotel itself has a stunning design with 2 public pools and 2 fitness centres. We booked a "honeymoon" suite (#11) and it was more beautiful than the pictures. The room itself was spacious with a very comfy bed, good sized mini fridge, fantastic rain shower. But the star of the room was the private outdoor area and pool. The outdoor space provided a private oasis on days that we didnt want to be at the main pool (which is generally pretty quiet); we had the same excellent service from the bar as if we were at the main pool, they were attentive, quick, and creative! Trust me, its worth the extra $! We were fortunate to be at the hotel during a super moon and while the room (facing towards Super Paradise Beach) didnt provide direct views of the sunset, the views of the super moon while enjoying the cool water of the private pool were incredible. The facilities, food, and drinks were all fantastic but it was the staff that made Charisma so special and memorable. The staff were all outstanding and ended every message or request with "as you wish." As we left we felt as though we were saying good-bye to friends. Great hotel with breathtaking view! If you’re looking for a secluded holiday this is the place to go. Food was just delicious, drinks were so good I think we spent way too much time at the bar but hey the staff was the nicest and we really made friends there too 😊 Highly recommend!

Perfect place to disconnect from busy Mykonos Town with amazing attention to detail in customer service. This boutique bohemian hotel has 12 rooms hence customer service, I would say, is outstanding. Stephanie and other team members have gone above and beyond to help us with different requests (ordering my boyfriend’s birthday cake, decorating the room, finding us a company to rent a bike, arranging taxi, etc.). The whole team has always been super-fast to respond on WhatsApp and always with a smile. We also have had our room upgraded for a few nights which has been a nice welcoming surprise hence we have had a chance to try a private swimming pool and jacuzzi with an amazing view from the top. Breakfast menu is healthy and balanced. There are great facilities for gym; however, unfortunately we haven’t had time to enjoy it though. Overall, the interior style is well balanced, stylish and super relaxing. Bed has been super comfortable and both rooms have been quiet. Nevertheless, there are a few things that could be improved. Buffet could be slightly more varied and include some Greek traditional options. We understand that the rooms are designed in a simplistic bohemian style; however, a few practical things have been missing such as a full length mirror and some shelving in the shower room. Amazing interior design, all at a beautiful location combined with great staff. Location-wise it's only a few minutes from the Airport and 5-10 max from other hotspots! Great place for fitness enthusiasts as it has 2 fully-equipped gyms and 2 superb infinity pools. Had a very peaceful and re-energizing stay - they have a great, healthy a-la-carte breakfast too :)
