Very helpful staff and always go beyond their way to assist you, even though their command of English is limited. When my wallet got stolen in the city, the hotel staff went out of their way to help call police and write a police report in Chinese for me. Special mention to the marketing staff for their excellent command of English and Chinese, and for helping all the way!

There was once when I need help in finding some hardware store, and the staff called the hotel engineer to assist me and my friend. They pointed us to the right area to search and instruct a private car to help us in our search. Very grateful for this.

Breakfast is generally Chinese style with lots of Chinese pastry (fried and steamed), and Chinese dishes. They do serve bacon or sausage from time to time, with decent selection of fruits and yoghurt.

Room is good for a 4*star hotel, although the carpet is badly stained - perhaps as it is a smoking room and...
