A great family hotel. Right on the beach. Good food and pool area. A bit pricy. The area has plenty to see and do, all a short drive away. Good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Perfect location for a relaxing family beach holiday.

Very good reception. Rooms clean, large beds.Staff very friendly and quick. Buffet food good and variable. I fully recommend this hotel spa for short or long stays. Child friendly and easy disable access.

The hotel has an excellent buffet system. For a set fee you can eat and drink really well. There is a huge selection of shellfish, fish, cold meats, salads, breads, cheeses, hot plate, and desserts. Wine is included. If you go hungry here then it is your own fault. We had a wonderful evening with friends. We will return.

La Laguna is a nice resort 10 minutes far from the centre of Saint-Cyprien-Plage. The room was clean and ok, the pools were clean even if sometimes were quite crowded and the breakfast average. The beach was free, big and all in all clean. There were lots of families with small children, and it looked very family friendly. Dog were... More

I was shocked and embarrassed at the treatment my party of adults received whilst staying in the hotel. We were not loud or inconsiderate and to have the lights turned out whilst we were chatting is unacceptable. We did not let this spoil what was an excellent trip with two very well behaved teenage rugby teams!

just returned from this nice hotel but stay was let down by very unfriendly French barman who was very rude, closed the bar early on a Saturday night and turned all of the lights off when there was a group of people still sitting in there. I have never felt so unwelcome in any hotel I have ever stayed in.... More

I stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 64 people comprising of a mix of adults and children. The hotel manager and many of the staff were rude and made it clear that we were not welcome. We had 2 teams of junior rugby teams who were taking part in a rugby tour. The boys were very well... More

Hi, I stayed at La Lagune for 4 nights starting from the 19th April 2015. The food was good and the option to have all drinks included for a small additional charge was very generous. However, my room, number 12, was very average and my bed had a rubber / plastic sheet over the mattress, making it sweaty and uncomfortable.... More

Booked a four night stay on a room only basis in August 2014. Unfortunately our Family room had a view of car park and hills. Room was large with separate bunk bed for our son. When we booked this hotel we did not realise how far away from the harbour and restaurants - 40-50 minute walk. All the food served... More

Pluses: directly on the beach, big swimming pools, friendly staff, perfect for families. Minuses: You'll need a car if you want to get anywhere (e.g. to the restaurant strip at the Saint Cyprien port) since there's not much on its side of the lagune aside from residential, decor and general look'n'feel looks a bit dated. If you're travelling with kids,... More
