Hotel is small but very modern with nice decor and the locations is great. In another hand, the service is NOT 5 star. I put the don't disturb sign and the room services has touched my door on 4 occasions. The breakfast arrived 30 minutes late and cold. In the mini bar had a bottle water opened and used half,...

After spending a month on The Riviera, we were traveling to Barcelona and decided to stay for two nights at this gem of a hotel near Perpignan. Upon crossing the small bridge leading to the entrance of the hotel, we knew we reached something special. This was confirmed once we walked into the beautiful lobby which is a work of...

We stayed in an apartment attached to the Isle du Laguna Hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel we were told in an abrupt manner by the hotel manager that we were at the wrong place and should go to the Laguna beach hotel five minutes drive away, without any further explanation. Not sure what would have happened if we did...

It is a very good places. You can just enjoy beautiful and delicious food there. What's more, you can also see excellent services in their restaurant. I'll re-choose it if I'm free. I recommand you to go to there.

The review from April describes our problem exactly. It was 21C outside and the heating had been turned on and it was impossible to turn off. We had various staff try to fix it but in the end we had to turn off the power and open the patio door! Restaurant outstanding and the swimming pool - which works like...

Overpriced for no reason. Rooms are small. I booked deluxe room. Nothing deluxe about. Toilet is small and separated from the shower room. I found it amusing. Restaurant here is very good and breakfast is lavish for extra €22. Service in the restaurant is outstanding. That is all.

The pictures advertised on booking.com are not representative of the actual rooms. In reality, the hotel is not on its own private island – there are many other buildings and houses, and it is not as ‘on the water’ as it makes out. The staff were friendly and helpful – Pauline in particular, in sourcing an iron and ironing board...

We stayed last Saturday night, three night break booked through bookings.com and meant to be a relaxing treat. On arrival impressive and lovely room but then it all went wrong. The spa facilities were unusable and they didn't inform us. We went to the roof top pool and it was cold, not 37 degrees as advertised and promised by the...

This hotel claims to be a 5 star but personally I would say nearer 3/4 star. The facilities lacked their 5 star rating. I found the room to be hit and miss in its decor, although understandably a matter of personal taste. And in places it looked shabby. The shower door was not a good fit and therefore the bathroom...

because this is a small more boutique style hotel it has retained the personal touch and i was very impressed with how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Given its rating it is also reasonable value though not cheap. The L'Almandin Restaurant is outstanding both in general quality of food, service and value but thats another review. it does...
