My partner spent 4 nights here and we loved it, its in a prime location to the beautiful beach and bars.
We stayed in room 20 and had a lovely little terrace which looked out towards the pool and beach.
We loved the shabby chic look of the room and the bed was massive, we both slept really well. We didnt have a problem with the shower as many have put. The room was cleaned every day and the cleaners were so happy and friendly.

The breakfast is continental but had something for everyone, croissants, toast, jams, honey, aswell as cereals and a lovely variety of fruit. The coffee machine makes the best cappuccino.
The pool area was spotless and always plenty of people around it and spare sunbeds. The beach is directly infront and if you scan the bar code on the sunbeds drinks are brought to you by a lovely chap who keeps the beach area tidy.
The food from the bar area is a good price and plentiful, we ate twice there and enjoyed both meals and service always came with a smile.

To catch the bus to thira, turn left out the hotel and the bus stop is 5 mins walk away on the right. The cost of the bus is between €1:60-€2:40 depending on time, it takes around half an hour to reach Thira.

100% we would come back to this hotel, couldnt fault a thing, a lovely setting and lovely staff.

Quiet and peaceful. Great location and views. Free deckchairs on the private area of the beach opposite.Free Aircon.Free Safe.Free Beach Towels.Complimentary bottle of water and shampoo ,soap on arrival. The breakfast has a large choice of fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, salads, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, honey, jams etc etc. Demetrious on the reception desk is so polite and friendly, always helpful and Katerina who runs the breakfast's and cleaning is so hard working and always with a smile. There was also an elderly gentleman on reception but I didn't catch his name and he was always polite and smiling, in fact all the staff were. A multitude of restaurants etc along the side of the beach and although staff will invite you in to dine/drink a polite refusal is met with the same response.Plenty of walking opportunities and also local buses to explore more of the island The food at the pool bar is good and the staff are friendly and polite my only change there would be the music played, it is by no means loud or banging but maybe something a little more greek authentic or middle of the road. I would definitely return and highly recommend a stay

This is the second time we have stayed at the Atlantis & I definitely would go back a third time. We stayed for two weeks and I actually felt sad to be leaving.
The rooms are pretty basic & you can hear things in other rooms but there was never a problem at night. My only issue with our room was that the double bed was against the wall & I drew the short straw and got the wall side! There’s a daily cleaning service & these ladies are amazing & really friendly. The lady on reception was really lovely and happy to help at all times. We ate lunch at the hotel bar several times & we couldn’t fault the food we had. The service here was really efficient & the staff again were brilliant. They were continually delivering orders down to the beachfront sun beds or around the pool area, as well as serving the bar area. I actually wondered if these people ever slept!
Breakfast was a nice continental selection, with a good choice of food and drinks.
The Atlantis really is a beautiful place, with great photo opportunities of the pool, sea, mountains & the traditional Greek style villa.
Top tip, take water shoes for going in to the sea. That sand and the stones get HOT. Mine were a godsend!

So we stayed here from the end of September for 1 week.

The pool area was kept clean and there was also plenty of sunbeds around the pool.

The rooms.
Well we was given room 13, very small and dark, the bedding and towels was changed regularly as well as the room being kept clean.
The bathroom very dated and mot enough room to move in there, the drains also smelt very bad in the bathroom.
The tiles had cracks all over .
The fridge in the living area also has issues as it kept freezing the drinks we had put in there

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and approachable
The area itself was very quiet, plenty of restaurants within walking distance but no shops near by.
The beach was not the prettiest
All in all we did have a lovely time but will not return to santorini.

This hotel has everything you need: excellent location, beach, pool, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a major bonus that the black-sanded beach and loungers were right across the street and included in our stay. Food at the poolside was great for a quick sun-break and the beers always in a frosty mug. Anna was always smiling and friendly to help and serve. Rooms were always cleaned and tidied daily and quickly. Our room was on the ground floor, so it was a bit “cave-like” and dark, even with the lights, but we were happy to have air conditioning. We only took advantage of breakfast because there are a ton of restaurants to the left and right of the hotel. We met people who had stayed at “posher” places nearby, but were hoping to stay here for their next stay because of the amenities and value. Tip: take a trip to Fira via bus for some shopping, drinks and sunset.

Hotel very clean, pool and bar very good for food in the day you can also order food drinks via the app on each sun bed station or table. Plenty of sun beds round pool and across the road on the beach. Rooms are small and shower curtain is an issue but clean and bedding changed regularly. All staff are very nice and helpful. At the front a Euromarket is 5 mins walk and bars both directions we went left mostly as a a slightly better selection. All bars and restaurants clean and food good in the restaurants we tried I will review 2 we went in separately both very good but you can tell as they are always full. Free safe , air con, towels and sun beds. Breakfast can be a bit hectic but the selection is good although not exhaustive. Staff very good and friendly.

Excellent hotel right on the beach and with large pool. Breakfast is breads, yoghurt, jams, excellent fresh croissants, fruit, eggs, plus an omelette/sausage combo. Restaurant open til 4pm, bar really serves guests rather than passing trade. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of dining options nearby. Great value spacious rooms with hot shower, proper bathroom, cleaned daily (SEP 21) fridge air con kettle and even a hob. Free sun loungers by pool and beach. Beach service. Good swimming on beach. Perivolos is definitely best place to stay on Santorini, easy to visit Akrotiri, Faros, Oia, Imerovigli, and Thera unless you want the infinity pool on a cliff overlooking the caldera, in which case stay in Imerovigli 5*.

Atlantis Beach Villa was perfect for what we needed, we visited here for our honeymoon and it was such a lovely stay! Perfectly located with lots of brilliant restaurants and bars along the front. The room was always kept clean and tidied daily, air-conditioning was amazing and highly welcomed!

The hotel staff were always friendly and approachable. The pool was always clean and there were always sun beds available when you wanted them at any time in the day, another bonus was that the hotel had their own sunbeds and umbrellas on the seafront.

It is only a short bus ride away from Thira where you can visit the city centre, visit more bars and shops and watch the sunset over the island.

Highly recommended.

Hotel has great position with the black sand beach across a small road, the hotel provides sunbeds and umbrellas for guest use. Plenty of room around the pool if preferred
Beach bar on site for lunch and refreshments.
Plenty of restaurants to left and right of hotel
Rooms had excellent air con, tv, fridge, cleaned daily. Bathroom fairly small however shower was good apart from shower curtain.
Breakfast was ok
Trip arranged by reception which I felt was good value for money, reception helped out with advice on bus or taxis.
We found Perissa was a friendly welcoming resort

Writing this on our last day, sat by the pool, waiting for the transfer to the airport in 3 hours.
We booked Atlantis Villas for a 10 day break with our daughters and were able to come before the usual summer holiday period.
This place is truly wonderful. Peaceful and very welcoming.
Don’t come here expecting a 5 star hotel, do come if you want a Greek hotel, with authentic, comfy Greek furnishing.
The rooms are lovely, aircon is great, new, quiet and effective. The balcony is perfect to sit quietly with a book and a beer.
All the staff are genuinely pleased to see you and help in any way they can.
Breakfast is basic but in truth, a light breakfast is good as there are so many places to eat in the day and evening.
The restaurant next to the pool is relaxed and a good menu of traditional Greek, salads, sandwiches, pizza, small bites. The food is really good too and comes in large portions 😉 The staff are lovely here too.
The private section of the beach is 50 metres away and both the pool and beach always have sunbeds available.
In the evening, turn left or right along the beach road and the number of places to eat, out numbers your days here.
In short, I cannot say enough about how great this place is.
We will definitely be coming back 😊
