Forty something room hotel , reception maned 24/7 rooms are clean and basic some have kitchenette some don’t all have free safety deposit box and air conditioning , beds are very comfortable and linen was very clean towels were changed every day and beach /pool towels were provided clean every day if wanted , nice biggish clean pool and the beach is just across the road 10 to 20 meters from hotel with sun beds and parasols that belong to the hotel and are free , breakfast was very nice plenty to go at , it does get very busy at times , you can sit in or outdoor to eat . All staff were very nice and friendly especially Christina and Alex on reception and the 2 George’s and Mario behind the bar . The sun beds are a bite tired and need renewing or a bit of TLC . The hotel was having electrical problems while we were there but everything was been done that was possible to sort it at the time . Hotel location was good 30 mins from airport and in a quiet part of resort 5 min walk either way found bars and restaurants all in all great little spot to rest and relax .

Well, where do I start! I'll begin with the positives, the staff are amazing... By amazing I mean would do anything for you and they certainly had their work cut out as it was problem after problem. We were initially put in a seperate building, a sort of overflow hotel that was next door but would fit nicely into a 1star category.. The room itself looked like a backpackers hostel, it had a dirty sofa bed and toilet kitchen etc in the ground floor room and a rickety old plastic spiral staircase leading to a bed in a room with a ceiling height of about 5ft! We stayed there 1 night and requested a new room- this was when the staff showed their professionalism and kindness. We moved rooms to a basic room in the main hotel which was no thrills but absolutely fine. Within 2 days the drains were backing up and the room smelt like a toilet! We complained and they immediately sorted it. 2 days before we left we were startled awake by what sounded like an explosion at 5am which was in fact dodgy electrics causing the AC to break and everything we had on charge to be fried... Ie camera batteries etc ruined! Again, we complained and staff immediately called the electricians although the AC never got fixed. The hotel facilities are fine ie the pool etc but the hotel itself is in need of some work. It's such a shame because the staff were incredible but due to our issues we would not stay here again. The pool bar was not so nice and the staff here although polite were a bit letchy towards the women and smirked every time you ordered a drink. We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel even though it was included because it was so basic that it wasn't worth eating... To summarise, the hotel was crap but the staff were incredible.. Especially a lady called Christine who really cared about her guests--you would almost think she was the owner with how far she would go to fix problems and help her guests.

Just back after spending a week here with friends. We were greeted by a really nice guy Alex who checked us in very quickly. He took us to our room and showed us everything in it. We stayed in a Delux studio with whirlpool. Fab room with loads of room for the 3 of us. The following morning we went for breakfast and met the daytime receptionist called Christina, what a fantastic person she is, nothing was too much for her to do. Anything she was asked about she could answer. Total credit to the hotel. We left as friends not customers. In the dining room there was a lady called Katrina and she was just so lovely. Will be back one day. Thanks to all of you for making our holiday memorable.

We came back on 21st May and spent one week at this lovely resort. The service at this resort was excellent from the bar staff to the cleaners. Its a very good location on the beach and fairly quite at the time we visited. I must mention Katrina and Christina who were very helpful and pleasant throughout our I week at the resort. Awesome and fresh breakfast with good choice, any request was pleasantly facilitated. The room was a good size, was cleaned everyday. The views from our room were excellent as this resort is facing the sea. We booked half board and had our dinners at their sister hotel, food was good quality however, the menu was limited. however if you want a change you can eat out, there are lots of restaurants on the sea front with amazing food at good price. The local buses are cheap to travel to Fira which is the capital and other main towns. The bus comes every half an hour and the bus stop is about 5 minutes from the resort. Fira is a very busy place however its a must to visit as its got awesome views and beautiful sunset in the evenings. We walked from Fira to Oia which was around 4 hours walk, make sure you have comfortable shoes if you attempt this walk through the hills and mountains. Lots of water sports nearby if you enjoy this. We went on one of the guided coach tours, to a local winery to test wines, visited a local museum and an old church and thereafter to Oia via coach to see the sunset. A beautiful trip, worth every penny. We visited Fira couple of times as its about about 45 minutes by bus from the resort and costs 2.5 Euros. Fira has lots of nice shops and restaurants and you can easily spend a whole day looking around. For lunch in Fira, we tried the local Giro as they call it in Santorini, its like a wrap with meat of your choice, chips and salad with sauce, this cost around 2 Euros and is very filling. We really liked this place and will definitely return again.
