We came for a day and stayed for 10 days. The staff was extremely accommodating and nothing was a problem for them. Would highly recommend this place, spotlessly clean and an extremely friendly bunch. Would highly recommend it

With wife we had a great time in Orabel suites. We were there at the end of the season. Stuff is very friendly and they have a lot of tips what to do and where to go on the island although the best time is just enjoying the pool at orabel suites. Breakfast is very good and very rich, it is almost impossible to eat everything. The rooms are very nice, clean and everybody is aware of covid situation so many things are contactless. They also have face mask for every guest and sanitizers are everywhere. nad not to forget to mention-every room has own jacuzzi. best hotel i have ever been.

I stayed at Orabel Suites for a week in early September 2020. The stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Jannis was extremely responsive over email when I was booking the hotel (ie helping me with concerns re cancellation policy, organising a transfer, how to get food after flying into Santorini late at night). We were greeted so warmly by Sophia we felt like we were staying with good friends rather than a hotel. Sophia was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always asking were there any recommendations we needed, and enquiring as to how our day was when we returned. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such fantastic service at a hotel. The rooms and grounds of the hotel are stunning and in immaculate condition. As there are only 11 rooms, the pool and poolside area was never busy. Being served breakfast at your suite or by the pool was such a lovely experience. The food was incredible and we always had leftovers (which the staff kindly let us defer until later in the day when we got hungry again). I have a gluten intolerance and was surprised at how accommodating they were given the hotel is so small. The cocktails made by the barman, Spiros, at the poolside bar were of a quality you would struggle to find in high end bars in major cities - they were phenomenal. Spiros was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a mere 4/5 minute walk from the beach and you can benefit from free sun beds at Sea Side beach club, which is a lovely perk. There are tonnes of other restaurants nearby. The hotel isn’t very accessible - this is the only downside. If you want to avoid expensive taxis, there is a bus stop 20 minutes walk away from which you can get buses to Fira (which is the main hub, allowing you to get other buses onwards to Oia, for example). However this was worth it for us to enjoy this amazing hotel. In summary, Orabel is a 10/10 - thank you Jannis and Sophia for an amazing stay!

Just home from a 12 night stay at the Orabel Suites and cannot recommend it highly enough. We arrived to the resort late from the airport and even in the dark of night the place took our breath away. The entire place is manicured to perfection, not mention the overall cleanliness. Each staff member is a credit to Jannis the owner, everyone is very warm and welcoming. And of course you would think that this is a prerequisite but these people are step above. Special mention must be given to Spiros who caters for your every need if you fancy an evening (early afternoon) cocktail. Sophia the manager, who is essentially at your beckoned call, cannot do enough for you and is always available to help with booking tours, renting cars or just for general information on places to go whether it be for dining or excursions. Both Spiros and Sofia added greatly to the experience staying at the resort. The ladies who serve breakfast deserve a mention also as they are very kind and sweet and will cater to any food requirement. We have travelled to many places around the world and this holiday was definitely our best and we would like to thank all at Orabel suites for such a wonderful experience. Hopefully see you very soon.

We were treated with 5* service from arrival to departure. Owner, Jannis is extremely accommodating to ensure the perfect stay, supported by the amazing staff Sofia, and Spiros at the bar. The place was always spotless and we could see extra attempts were taken to make it COVID-secure. Our master suite was incredible, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and private indoor jacuzzi - if the outdoor area wasn’t so tranquil we could have lived in there. The pool area was beautiful and given so few rooms it was never busy, and Spiros was always on hand day & night at the pool cocktail bar. If that wasn’t enough, the inclusive 3-course breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. All in-house grown produce, we were served with fruit/granola/breads to start, followed by a different hot course each day (eggs/salmon/bacon/waffles), and topped off with a... breakfast dessert! Served at any time until 2pm, we never lunched for our entire stay. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk where you can make the most of a complimentary bed at the cool Seaside Santorini beach club, courtesy of Orabel. Jannis or Sofia will take care of everything else from restaurant bookings to car/quad hire and excursions. Every little detail was thought through, the pictures will not do it justice. Will definitely return.
