We found ourselves a bit lost driving from Sicily to the Amalfi and had no bed for the night. We saw signs for this place, and although difficult to find inn the dark we pleased with the find. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made a room up for us in 10 minutes. It was large with balconies either side. Very clean and comfortable. We had a late dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. The wait staff couldn't have been friendlier. It turned out to be a fantastic find. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I stayed in this hotel on two different occasions; once in Sep-2013 and May-2014. The reason for that was we were advised of this hotel as recommended as best hotel in town. There is no doubt about the location of the hotel since it's located within a few seconds walking distance from the harbour/sea. The front desk staff were just fine, not too friendly (might be because of english skills). However, the hotels seems to be charming from outside but inside with kind of small lobby. Narrow floor halways with narrow elevator brings you to the room. The rooms, both times, were standard size with fair size bathroom. However, the standing shower was really small as even hitting and touching the walls or shower flexible curtains while moving your body parts or turning around. The room AC cannot be properly adjusted from the room and I had to call front desk in order to activate and adjust the AC. The TV channels are not necessarily covering popular channels in europe. The worst part was breakfast. It was meant to be breakfast buffet; however, just a couple of items for pastry and sausage and a couple of choices for juices. The other two disadvantages were the fact that, at least, I've never been greeted at the time of entering into the breakfast room nor I've ever seen any one working there. And sometimes there was no item on the table (e.g. a type of sausage) and I had to wait for someone to show up in order to go back and bring more of that item. basically poor breakfast from food/drink choices as well as services. Having said that, the restuarant right next to the hotel had a wonderful selection of foods on the menu.

We were struggling to find accommodation for just one night in November as many places were closed for winter. It was great to come upon this hotel. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and friendly. We had private onsite parking. The room was excellent, everything you would expect in a business hotel. We had a lovely dinner at the hotel and breakfast was also good. . Wifi was excellent.

The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately no international TV channels, also SKY is only in Italian. Fast wireless internet. The breakfast was really poor compared to the rooms and the apperiance of the hotel. No cheese, no bread only some remaining small breads from the evening before. But a big variation of homemade cookies which tasted very good but were really sweet. The waiter was a little bit overloaded with serving coffee and tea and taking care of the buffet. The door of my room was very thin, so I woke up several times during the night as people arrived and passed by.

We had sort of stumbled on this place three years ago, on our way down to Malta, and had the most amazing lunch then. So we decided to book again this time round. The hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are small but have all the comfort you need, the area is quiet, the price reasonable. A definite big plus is the restaurant. If you're a foodie, you won't be dissappointed.
