Dear Debbielhokoh1 Sorry to hear that the breakfast offering had depleted when you came for breakfast, looking into this it was clear that we did fall short but only because all guest descended minutes before the end of breakfast service which in turn stretched the level of service and offering meaning we could not give the true Barnsdale service and offering to everyone that came down late. I do hope you will choose Barnsdale in future so you can get the true Barnsdale experience. Yours sincerely, Warren Browning General Manager

Dear emily_stevens21 Thank you for your kind words in regards to the service, mentioning Amy in particular, I know Amy will be pleased. I am very sorry to hear that you felt our food offering was only average. We work hard on making sure we offer our guest a variety of dishes using local produce and costing this accordingly. Please do come back again soon to check out new menu. I am sure you will find this above average. Yours sincerely, Warren Browning General Manager
