Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Cleanliness and hygene and room... The hallways haven't been hoovered in days. Our room looked clean on the surface but the inside of the radiator was full of dust gathered in clumps and the bathroom vent was the same. Our bed was made of 2 very old single beds put together. The pillows...

We arrived Friday afternoon to be greeted by a not too friendly lady. We went in to have extremely weak, tasteless coffee and small biscuits, which should have been cake. For the evening meal there was a shop bought saftevand waiting for us, and the food was disgraceful. The potatoes were hard and vacuum packed ones, the meat dry and...

I bought a deal online for two persons with 3 course dinner. I paid 180kr for an extra dinner which is not worth it. The food is not something to talk about. A bottle of small soda cost 37kr-/+ and tap water with ice cubes costs 30kr. The room is spacey but smells like stone age.

Enjoyable stay at this hotel in a beautiful little village in northern Jutland. Shame about the dinner which was advertised as chef's choice. They need to choose another chef. there was no choice in the buffet. Plain potato soup for starter, boiled beef and carrots for main course with tinned carrots, and I suspect tinned potatoes, and a very strange dessert...

Stayed here for the first two nights of arrival in Denmark. average rooms with generally old furniture. No possibility of getting a snack or drink a little later in the evening because there was nobody around at all (possibly because it was close to Christmas and the holidays! ). Overall, too expensive for what we experienced.

A little worn out but generally quite large rooms. Problems with heating in the room and faulty locks were dismissed by receptionist (the owner). She was uniterested in the fact that an elderly person with a chronic bladder infection were to stay in a room without any heating and we had to solve the problem outselves by switching rooms and...

The lady at the reception seems distracted as she hands me a set of keys with 2 keys on it. Without her telling me what door the second key is for, I naturally assume it's for the main entrance, which was open 24-7 anyway. Now, every time I'm to open my hotel room there's a 50% chance that I might...

One of these hotels which is average, - and that is it. Bicycles was placed in backyard, - OK! A lot of noise from the backyard parking gravel. Difficult to understand the "dining practice" in the evening, - which fortunately made us choose the Dronninglund castle instead.

We booked in for 3-course dinner and breakfast for 1 night. We were met by a friendly receptionist but she didn't tell us anything about when there was dinner, breakfast or the facilities. There wasn't any information in the room either. Then there was the room - VERY basic. No frills. No shampoo or soap, cold, very poor beds and...
