We've stayed here several times with good experiences every time. The pool is pristine. We've stayed in a camper spot and in one of the trailers. The pizzeria and restaurant are good. There is a breakfast bar for coffee, bread and some pastries. Sport climbing is a short walk away. If you are tent camping, there is an outside covered...

El Bahira needs a bit of TLC but don't let that put you off! The highlights are the stunning pool and the beautiful sunsets. The supermarket on site is quite decent actually and very reasonably priced. Location is perfect for exploring the area. Go to Erice if you can, it's so pretty 😊. The not so good points are the...

We visited El Bahira in our motorhome. There are lots of pitches with electric hook up & water point nearby. There are also serviced chalets. There is a shop & a restaurant on site. The restaurant overlooks the swimming pool. They have toilet blocks, showers & laundry facilities all kept clean. It is possible to be driven into nearby San Vito...

For: Amazing location, views, sights. Well laid out, beside beaches. Great pool, top class pizzeria & restaurant. Close to San Vito lo Capo (a lovely town). Staff were generally good & prices in on site shop quite reasonable compared to s/markets in town. Mobiles are basic enough but adequate. Thankfully A/C worked well (vital in July & Aug). Free Wifi...

We stayed at El Bahira for 5 weeks from mid June in our caravan. The pitches are level and most are shaded. Reception staff are friendly, speak English and are very helpful. One young lady (unfortunately we have forgotten her name) booked our return ferry when we struggled with our iPhone. We loved the saltwater swimming pool, it is well...

El Bahira camping is well organized, toilets and showers are clean, the guys at the bar are kind and everything works perfectly in general. Price in the average. The place where it's settled is amazing. Gorgeous landscape, natural climbing cliffs (with artificial lights to climb by night) and the sea right in front. Not close to the city center, you...

We stayed here for 8 nights with a 13 year old and a 4 year old. The campsite was lovely and we stayed in a eurocamp which was great. There is a lot of loud music that plays around the pool throughout the whole day ... ( apart from siesta ) Which is slightly annoying and slightly ruins the feel...

So we see this camping. You can climb a mountain, dive behind the rocks, swim in the pool with seawater (with bathcaps) and other bicycle or walking routes. Very small market and good bar, restaurant. Good sanitair toilets and showers, old fashioned with cards for 3 minutes warm water. Places are big in space and diversity. Beach is not easy...

The shop onsite though smal,l stocks...

We were originally paying €10 a night less at an AirBnB in Valderice, but the convenience of El Bahira was worth the difference. It's proximity to the cliffs is great! We stayed in a mobile home, which was clean and well designed. Also for people complaining about the lack of beach- that's all of San Vito. There is only one...

“We stayed inn mobile home number 1 - on a corner with a covered garden area and a good view of the sea - we looked around the site and decided this was one of the best - sheer fluke so I recommend that you look at the site plan before booking - some mobile homes were a bit crowded together.”
