When Harry and Tim ran the hotel it was excellent and you felt at home there. We stayed there two years ago with the new management and the atmosphere was awful. You had to pay for air conditioning, the breakfasts were the same recycled food day after day and the manager and his cronies were rude and unhelpful. We now stay... More

My tour group stayed at the Europa Hotel one night. We had a large room in one of the back buildings. The room had simple furnishings, a flat screen TV with one English channel and several French and German channels. There was a nice refrigerator in the room. The bathroom sink leaked on to the floor, and they only provided... More

Our family of four stayed one night in this hotel. Our room had a double bed and two stacked bunk beds for the children. The room was clean, well appointed and opened out to a small balcony. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, though it was impossible to shower without water leaking onto the floor. Though... More

I went with my wife and daughter for 3 days, during the Matala Festival 2013. All hotels were fully booked and we only managed to find a room at Princess Europa. The hotel was set at the entrance of the village, so it took about 15-20 minutes’ walk to get to the beach. The accommodation was very basic, which was... More

I like to complain (see my other reviews), but I can honestly say, this place is lovely. The staff are amazing, the location is perfect and I would definately return. It's quiet, it's chilled and it was so relaxing that I extended my stay. If you don't enjoy your stay here, then there must be something wrong with you.
