Had a great time at the hotel and in the park with my two kids. The service was great and all who worked there met us with a warm and personal attitude, making us feel so welcome. The rooms are nicely decorated and even my oldest who is 14 wanted to sleep in the tree house. Also, everywhere we went it was clean and nice. In the evening and morning when we woke up we enjoyed the special feeling of going to the park before it opened up for others.
Very nice hotel, especially for families with kids! All rooms are highly suitable for the whole familiy, we were 5 in one room and had plenty space. Staff is nice and focused on service for the children. Perfect when you visit the park, very convenient to have the hotel just a minute away, if you need to change or rest. A bit pricy in high-seson, but value for money is good as every guest have 2-day park-pass included!
Can't fault the service, every member of the staff we encountered were happy to help with any enquiry. Our children loved the bunk beds in the rooms and the evening buffeet was as to be expected...As for location perfect, a little gem which our kids didn't want to leave.
Great family hotel located in the middle of the forrest and in the outskirts of Fårup Sommerland. The rooms can accomodate the whole family up til 6 people. The bunk bed for the children was designed as a bird cage. Pretty funny but also practical as the ‘cage’ functions like a rail so nobody falls out og the top bed. The bathroom is nice and spacious. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and very serviceminded. Don’t hesitate to ask them anything. Breakfast was simple but fine. Same goes for the dinner buffet. Not much to choose from but good quality. In the evening you can roast marshmallows and popcorn in a small hut nearby. All in all a great stay for the whole family.
The overall review of this hotel is good! I think staff are friendly. The ambiance is lovely with a whole wooden forest team making it a fresh and nice hotel to stay in. It has a nice playground indoor and outdoor and lovely lobby. Overall this is a family oriented hotel. I personally would not stay here with just my partner because just kids everywhere, which if obviously fine in a theme park hotel. One thing I was a bit disappointed in was the noise levels in the first room we got. We had a room with a connecting door and my kids thought there was a baby in our room because we could hear it cry so loud. On initial complaint (while we had not slept in the beds yet or used the bathroom) we were told there was nothing they could do except if we paid for an upgrade of 1000 kr. When my 3 yr old kids where not being able to sleep because of the noise I got a little angry and that helped to get another room. By that time the beds where slept, showers were made and overall I think this would have cost to hotel a lot more than to just listen to their guest when they are still asking friendly and not having used the room to full extend. Overall this was solved in a good manner in the end, the second room was quiet and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend to our friends but with note to ask for a room in the end of the hallway and with no connecting doors. …
