Thanks Luis for an excellent experience of El Salvadorean hospitality! We’ve enjoyed our relaxed stay in your home-away-from-home. -> We’ve had the pleasure of two days ‘exclusive & tailor-made’ sight-seeing: on day 1 we saw the archealogical sights around Santa Ana and had a nice lunch at the crater lake. The second day we enjoyed the coffee plantation and little towns of routa des flores. Every morning we enjoyed the surprise breakfast, something new to eat every day. This guesthouse very much deserves its ultra-high ranking!

We had a wonderful time staying with Luis and his family. Luis is a warm and welcoming person who made our time in Santa Ana special. He arranged trips to the Santa Ana volcano, Lago de Coatepeque, and Rutas de las Flores for us, offered guidance on restaurants, and made delicious breakfasts. It felt like we were visiting family. The casa is centrally located, has comfortable common spaces, and clean rooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Casa Vieja Guest House in Santa Ana. It was just like being welcomed into a relaxed home! Luis, the owner, was so helpful with information, transport details and tours in El Salvador both prior to arrival and during our stay. To maximise our time, we decided to book Luis to drive us to some highlights and more that we wouldn’t have done without his local knowledge. It was wonderful and left Santa Ana with Luis as a friend! I would highly recommend!

Luis and his family are very kind and hospitable! We have enjoyed our stay and feel like we are with family! Luis is responsive to all our needs and questions! Location is perfect. A walk away from cathedral, plaza,artisan stores, pharmacies, and clinics!

Great place to stay for few days. Location is centro, room is comfortable, breakfast is good. Luis and his son speak very good English and were very kind to help us with all of our questions. Luis also make sure to spend sometimes every evening at courtyard with his guests, make sure they get everything they need and giving out suggestions and travel tips.

We stayed in Case Vieja for four nights. Very good location and clean room. Owner Luis is helpful and able to provide all necessary information about tourism is El salvador. Great value for money and nothing to complain about.

I arrived at night solo and didn't know how long I'm gonna stay - I've been treated SO GOOD that I said everyday "I'm gonna stay one more night" - Luis and his family are so kind, are passionate trip advicer and always come to ask how my day was when I arrived back in the evening :) it is a great place to be! Place is very close to the downtone just a couple of blocks. Vencedora station to visit the cerro verde park is around 15 minutes walking. Luis and his lovely family were very kind helping me with all my questions, breakfast is delicious!

Had an amazing stay at with Luis and his family, Luis the owner is super helpful with any question you can think of. Good breakfast and coffee every morning. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend you stay here

Luis and his family are really doing a great job! Rooms are clean and nice and breakfast changes every day but is always delicious! Whatever you want to do or wherever you want to go - Luis knows everything about the place or how to get there. Wifi is fast and everywhere available. I really enjoyed staying in Casa Vieja and would recommend it 100%!
