Great service and perfect place to stay if you want a relaxing beach vacation! We really enjoyed our stay at Nosara Beach House (Unit #1). The property was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids (12, 10, 6 years old). It is a 2 minute walk to the beach on a semi-private path and minutes away to the local shop. The pool was perfect for our kids when they were tired of the beach. Each unit has an outdoor covered areas which is where we ate and also sat and played cards or read. We stayed in Unit #1 which has 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom has 2 full beds, perfect for our 3 kids). I felt very safe with my kids playing in the pool and/or walking to/from the beach. There is also a cleaning staff that cleans the unit daily. We hired a driver to take us from Liberia Airport to Guinos (about 2.5 hour drive), and Leah helped us coordinate this. When we got to Guinos, we rented a car for t he week, and also drove the car back to the airport. If / when we return, we will rent a car in Liberia for the week; it gives you a ton of flexibility to drive around town and to nearby sites and activities. And, it's much cheaper than taking a taxi to/from restaurants.

We had a group of 10 and rented units 1, 2 and 3 and had a fabulous time surfing and hanging out at the house and grounds. Very well kept and everything worked perfectly, we even had two coffee pots going for the guys to get charged to go surf. The staff were friendly and quick to get in/out while we hardly noticed. Felt like we stayed either in the surf or at the house and that is what exactly we were hoping for. Booking was easily done by email, finding the house is not that hard following the directions. Winter and rain made the trip slower than normal from Liberia. You can walk to anywhere you want to surf or eat, or rent a gas powered golf cart. Never an issue at the house, but one time. The last man out forgot to shut the doors to the porch from the kitchen and some racoons had some fun in the trash. They scooted out red-handed when we came back. So may animals around to find, birds and monkeys. The walk to the beach is amazing, your own sandy trail to some great pumping waves. From the house you can walk the beach north and up and over the hill to Playa Pelada. You can often see Howler Monkeys in the tree tops. WiFi connection all locations in house and grounds. Safes in the rooms, you can also lock the bedroom doors when you head to the beach. We felt very safe and confident our belongings were safe. There is a locked sliding gate for a car to enter (with boards on top of Mercedes Van we had to remove them to get under entrance canopy). There is a walk gate to getting in/out on foot.

We stayed at The Beach house for spring break with our 2 teenagers. The car ride to Nosara from the Liberia airport is long and rough...about 3 hours. Must of the trips is on dirt roads. We arrived in the late afternoon and Rick was there to meet us. Check in was very easy. We were very pleased with the villa and surrounding grounds. We arranged in advance with Colleen to have their cook to have a traditional Costa Rican meal waiting in the villa. WOW..that was possibly the best meal we had all week. There was enough left to snack on for a couple days. We were a very short walk to the beach where we enjoyed the amazing sunsets every night. The villas well decorated and we really enjoyed the patio and balcony off the second floor bedroom. The appliances are probably due for an upgrade. The beds were a little too firm for our comfort. We were concerned about the A/C during the hot April days after reading past reviews. The temperature was in the 90+ degrees Fahrenheit every day and we were always comfortable in the villa. Colleen was very helpful recommending and booking excursions as well as restaurants and travel to and from the airport. The entire experience managed by Rick was fantastic and the entire family loved the trip. Nosara has a great laid back vibe, beautiful sunsets, fun activities, and good restaurants. We felt safe anywhere in town. Don't forget Nosara Surf Academy next door. I would highly recommend them for beginner to expert surfers.

Perfectly located with a lovely short walk to the glorious beach. Beach towels and umbrella available. Relaxing next to a nice pool. Close to all the good local restaurants. Relatively quiet just before peak season. Thanks to Seidy and staff. Couldn’t ask for more of a chill holiday.

I am leaving today after an extended stay at the Nosara Beach House and am so sad to leave. Leah is so helpful at locating and telling you where things are and all the extras they have to make your trip more enjoyable. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and so on. The property is beautiful the pool is great, the location is perfect just a small jungle stroll to the beach. The room has everything you could need it's very clean and my bed was great. Stay here when you come to Nosara you will be happy you did. I will come be back next year for more Pilates training and can't wait to see my room again. Thanks Leah
